This Week, Univision Had Eight of Top 25 Programs Among Adults 18-49 and Thirteen Among Adults 18-34

 

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights - Week of August 5, 2013 to August 11, 2013

 

  • For the week (M-SU), Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, FOX, and NBC in both demographics.  This marks the 11th consecutive week where Univision has ranked #3 or higher among both demographics.

 

  • Univision out-delivered two or more of the English-Language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on five nights this week among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

  • Summer to date, Univision ranks as the #1 network among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS and FOX in both demographics.

 

  • This week, Univision had eight of the top 25 programs among Adults 18-49 and thirteen among Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Monday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX and NBC in each demographic.   Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34; top 15 for Adults 18-49.

 

  • On Tuesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, CBS, and FOX in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Wednesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Thursday night, Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, FOX, and NBC in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for Adults 18-34; top 10 for Adults 18-49.

 

  • For the tenth consecutive Friday, Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for both demographics.

 

  • Airing “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday), Univision ranked as the #1 broadcast network among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, FOX, and NBC in each demographic.  “Sabado Gigante” saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (2.0 Million, +9%), Adults 18-49 (807,000, +12%), and Adults 18-34 (353,000, +24%).

 

  • On Sunday night, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

 

üAt 7 p.m., Univision aired “Aqui y Ahora” (Here and Now), which saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (1.5 Million, +13%) and Adults 18-34 (267,000, +9%).  Adults 18-49 remained flat (617,000).

üAiring at 8:05 p.m., “Parodiando” averaged 2.7 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.2 Million Adults 18-49, and 515,000 Adults 18-34.

üFollowing “Parodiando” at 9:50 p.m., “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) averaged 2.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 839,000 Adults 18-49, and 303,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • At 8 p.m., Univision’s novela “Porque El Amor Manda” (Because Love Rules) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  The novela saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (3.9 Million, +6%), Adults 18-49 (2.0 Million, +5%), and Adults 18-34 (1.1 Million, +8%).

 

  • For the second consecutive week, Univision’s 9 p.m. novela “La Tempestad” (The Storm) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.  The novela averaged 3.4 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.7 Million Adults 18-49, and 882,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • Univision’s 10 p.m. novela “Que Bonito Amor” (Beautiful Love) helped Univision rank as the #1 broadcast network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.   The novela averaged 3.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.5 Million Adults 18-49, and 722,000 Adults 18-34.
 
  • June

    El Se?or de los cielos on telemundo was the #1 spanish program of the week with 2.3 million in the 18-49 demo. It beat all of Univisión Programs for the week.
