‘American Ninja Warrior’ Wins at 8 and ‘Get Out Alive’ Wins at 9 in 18-49 Among Big Four Networks

From 8-9 p.m. ET, “American Ninja Warrior” (1.5 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall) won the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in every key ratings category – adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers.

“American Ninja Warrior” grew half-hour to half-hour by 14% (to a 1.6 from a 1.4) and has now grown half-hour to half-hour by at least 0.2 of a point with seven of seven telecasts this summer.  Last night’s edition grew from half-hour to half-hour in every key demographic

From 9-10 p.m. ET, “Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls” (1.2/3 in 18-49, 3.5 million viewers overall) ranked #1 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 on a night that included competition from ESPN’s first “Monday Night Football” Preseason NFL telecasts of the year.

From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, “Siberia” (0.7/2 in adults 18-49, 2.0 million viewers overall) is currently matching its top 18-49 rating since July 15.  Pending updates, “Siberia” is up week to week in total viewers by 11% (to 1.951 million from 1.763 million), which currently makes this the top “Siberia” in total viewers since July 15.

For the night, NBC ranked #1 in adults, men and women 18-34 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox.
