In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” 0.5/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3 with an encore.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Monday Night Football aired on Pittsburgh’s ABC station. Sure, it’s repeats on that channel, but I just thought I’d point that out. (In Washington, D.C., the game aired on MyNetworkTV.)

  • LisaM

I keep forgetting UTD is even on. Not used to new programming in Summer.

  • Dave

Loved Siberia last night, just keeps getting better and better. Can’t wait till next week. Too bad that it’s ratings are so low.

  • taylor

I had a feeling mistresses would be down .i sadly could not watch last night as my tv is broken . And my upstairs tv was in used. I’ll catch it up Hulu today hopefully it goes up next week.

  • rob60990

Under the Dome couldnt even rise despite weaker competition.

Surprised Mistresses did not fall below a 1.

    Trollin, trollin, trollin.

  • Nasir

I had to give up on UTD about two weeks ago. It just got very boring to me, however good that it remained steady.

  • JacobYates

You’re just mad that UTD didn’t fall further. You’re also bitter that it premiered in the 3s while you predicted a 1.2, stating and I quote, “It’ll be lucky to crack a 1.5″. So move on troll. Go hate on Bates Motel for no reason.

  • Mon

Yeah right because there were only three channels on last night at 10pm that could have taken advantage of the 1.0 difference between Mistresses and that musical show.

  • John

Actually it will rise in the final ratings as its always done so it did increase.

  • John A

Yeah what does UTD have to get to be a hit on this site? Idiot trolls.

  • Wright

UTD is still the best rated show of the night.

  • betty

Mistresses was so interesting last night!! should be renewed.

  • rgxx

UTD :) …I like the show – but I don’t want it to go on for years.

  • rgxx

    Pink stars are falling. ;)

  • Mon

    @John A
I know. There are funny trolls, annoying trolls and idiot trolls which are the worst.

  • Russell

Under The Dome rules! It will adjust up to 2.5 or 2.6. Mistresses and Siberia are dead. ABC and NBC should show reruns of Nashville and Law & Order: SVU.

  • It Is I

Why the hell did they just say UTD was FLAT?! Ok, I don’t even watch it, but from what I can see here, it was the highest-rated most-watched show of the night!

  • http://tvbythenumbers.com Robert Seidman

@It is: ratings jargon is confusing! It’s because its ratings were flat (the same) as last week. “steady” would’ve been less confusing perhaps.

  • Mark Drei

I agree. I get that this sight has multiple authors, but occasionally they used steady and other times they use flat. Steady sounds better. Flat is better for if it is matching a low, so I agree on their use of it today. But sometimes they say “Big Bang was flat with a 5.6″. No that’s steady
