CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD was the #1 Sunday morning news program with adults 25-54 – the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news – as well as viewers and households, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Aug. 25, 2013.
CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted a 3.3/10 with 4.74m viewers and a 1.2/07 in adults 25-54.
Television year-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +8% in viewers (5.48m from 5.08m), up +6% in households (3.8/11 from 3.6/10) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year.
Sunday’s broadcast featured an encore of “The Design Issue” and included Lee Cowan’s profile of singer, actress and entrepreneur, Jennifer Lopez; Susan Spencer’s report on how psychology comes into in the design and color of interior spaces; Bill Geist’s look at mini-golf course design; Erin Moriarty’s report on roof-top landscaping; and Martha Teichner’s report on highly detailed birdhouses.
