Season 3 of ABC’s “” promises mouthwatering recipes to tickle the taste buds, the latest in food news, trends in decorating and entertaining, a dash of Latin flair to spice up your life, the hottest celebrity guests, holiday tips and tricks, delectable dishes and beverages -- Halloween through New Year’s Eve -- a bevy of hot men in the kitchen, a surprise announcement, a hunky new chef who will serve as a substitute host and the national debut of a new cookbook.
As announced on “” season premiere on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, Daphne Oz surprises her co-hosts and the entire 150-person studio audience with the news that she and her husband of three years, John Jovanovic, are expecting their first child this spring. While discussing summer vacations, Oz pulled out a strip of three sonogram images, and as the audience erupted in cheers and applause, there were hugs, kisses and happy tears of joy exchanged between the hosts. Oz went on to talk about impending motherhood and invited viewers to join her as she begins this spectacular and exciting journey.
The show will continue to span its food horizons with the delicious flavors of Latin cuisine. Celebrity Latin chefs will join co-hosts Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly and Daphne Oz to share simple but delicious signature flavors, bound to please every palate.
This season, “” will welcome the addition of a hunky new chef who will serve as a substitute host.
