Yes! Not bad. I wish it was on Thursday for more exposure.

  • John A

I agree thursday or any other night be better than Saturday.

  • Mon

I know and the finale is on Monday already and I don’t think Elementary would have been affected by a week off of a repeat. Maybe they are thinking there are lots of options to watch and many will have watched it already before this week ends but some like me don’t like watching on crappy CBS streaming or paying for just an episode at Amazon.

What I don’t understand is, why does CBS always air reruns in their entirety? There’s absolutely no incentive whatsoever to air the entire episode if it’s a rerun. If CBS had joined Two and a Half Men in progress, I guarantee you Under the Dome would’ve gotten a higher rating as it would have started exactly at 10.

  • rgxx

CBS – just re-air it the hour before the season finale – you got nothing new on Monday anyway …stop confusing people with airing the show different nights!

  • Matt

The reason is probably because they wanted to extend primetime and air more commercials because it makes them more money.

    Reruns don’t have commercials?

  • Simon Jester

I assume this is because the broadcast was delayed in some markets with very little advance notice — not a problem if watching live, but a major fubar for those DVRing the broadcast.

  • Iostboy

Brilliant move UTD during College Football Saturday Night. CBS desperate for the Under the Dumber. This show is a spoof on sci-fi right. Now I am really watching a F##n train wreck. 2.1 is what this stupid show deserves.

  • Pam

Didnt anyone try watching last nights episode. It wasn’t viewed entirely. Thank goodness they arevre-airing the full hour. I record it on my DVR so don’t care what day or time it’s on. But I do care to see the whole episode prior to next Mondays finale

  • nudo

I need it reaired. The whole night was delayed for me because of tennis. I was not at home so I depended on the right time to tape it. Instead I got the first 35 min. I am thrilled they are reairing it. A lot of my friends all over the US had it delayed and had the same problem. Thank you CBS for giving me a chance to see the show in it’s entirety.

Most people now use Tivo or tape shows. I wish the equipment was smarter so it could detect when a sports even disrupts programming and make adjustments for the timing. If it can do that then I am not aware of it. I am not always around to monitor it. CBS, I thank you for re-airing Under the Dome on Saturday. I hate watching shows on my computer, my connection is not that good. I was very disappointed to get half a show the other night because my recording equipment could not detect the time change. I feel better now.

  • cheeb

Good! My DVR didn’t record it. I would’ve been ticked if we’d missed it.

so they’re going to show the aggies game at two-thirty p.m. rather than in prime time so they can rebroadcast a television show that a significantly smaller number of people care about. this makes SO MUCH SENSE to me.

  • JoAnn

I am grateful that CBS is reairing this episode before the finale. We were out and taped the Monday episode and of course the tennis matches ran late so we only got 30 minutes of the show. Thank you CBS for letting us see what is happening so that we can enjoy Monday’s finale.

  • kilowatts

thanks cbs I dvrd episode and didn’t catch it all because of great tennis match, thanks so much again(:

  • Guy Fawkes

My DVR doesn’t recognize rebroadcasts or tennis delays, so this did me no good. I can’t believe I wasted all those hours watching this show only to miss the episode before the finale! Now I just have to make up my own ending(spoiler alert if this does end up as the actual ending:) The four little punks figure out that they have to chop the head off of the bald cop from Breaking Bad and play a game of doubles volleyball with it. The dome watches the head go back and forth until it is reminded of how boring and pointless these games are. It moves on freeing the little town. Noticing a huge demonstration outside of a CBS broadcast center, the dome encapsulates the angry crowd and the scared CBS employees inside. They quickly offer up the idiots responsible for making all the horrible broadcasting decisions that have angered the mob. Just as the fun is about to begin, a severe weather alert comes on and we miss the whole ending. Television sucks now. Commercials suck, Pop-ups suck, sports delays suck, election result crawlers suck, and severe weather warnings suck. Turn it all off.
