‘Million Second Quiz’ Wins 8 PM Hour Among Big 4 Networks

Monday Results :
At 8 p.m. ET, “The Million Second Quiz” (1.7 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall) won the hour in 18-49, total viewers, adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and other key measures among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. “The Million Second Quiz” equaled NBC’s best rating in the slot since the Stanley Cup Finals on June 24 in a slot where NBC has been running strong original programming all summer long. It’s also NBC’s biggest overall audience in the time period since June 24. Note there was major sports competition last night from two ESPN “Monday Night Football” games and the Men’s Final of Tennis’ U.S. Open.
“The Million Second Quiz” is the #2 show of the night on the Big 4 in 18-49 and total viewers behind only “Under the Dome.”
“The Million Second Quiz” had a surge of activity last night with the premiere of the show and has now had over 1 million downloads total since launch of the MSQ apps.
MSQ presently ranks #1 on the Overall Top Free iPhone and #1 Free iPad Apps list.
From 9-10:01 p.m. ET, “American Ninja Warrior” (1.6/4 in adults 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall) ranks #1 for the hour on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers, adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and other key demos.
From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, “Siberia” (0.7/2 in adults 18-49, 2.0 million viewers overall) is currently up a tenth of a point or 17% week to week in adults 18-49 (to a 0.7 from a 0.6), pending updates, to match its highest rating since July 15. In total viewers, “Siberia” is up 15% week to week (to 1.979 million from 1.728 million), pending updates, which currently makes this the top “Siberia” in total viewers since July 15.
