Wow great for Big Brother. Thats a great rating for The Simpsons repeat. I thought it would go down a few tenths.

  • erwanfromfrance

Great adjustments ! NFL reaches 10%, Simpsons don’t even down a teenth, Big Brother adjusted up 4 teenths and Unforgettable adjusted up too.

  • BigBrotherFan

    Bye Bye unforgettable.

    The retooling sucked!

  • Clarke

At least Unforgettable never actually fell below a 1.0. I am still really hoping CBS airs the remaining episodes…even on a Saturday burn off.

    Big Brother 15 ratings:

Sunday September 1, 2013 (before Elissa was evicted)

1.8 rating and 6.00 million total viewers

Sunday September 8, 2013 (after Elissa was evicted)

2.3 rating and 7.23 million total viewers

While there were a few Elissa fans who vowed not to watch Big Brother after her eviction, they were few in number. This had a similar result to ABC soap fans who vowed to boycott ABC prime time shows.

  • Mon

Last week was a holiday weekend and aired at 8pm. Last Sunday BB aired at almost 9pm so the comparison is not fair. Also, why does it have something to do with Elissa’s fans?

  • AllOfHerTwist

I’m hoping Unforgettable will find its way out of the dark underground chamber it finds itself in.

“While there were a few Elissa fans who vowed not to watch Big Brother after her eviction, they were few in number. This had a similar result to ABC soap fans who vowed to boycott ABC prime time shows”

@ tv_viewer – Elissa fans tuned in to watch the aftermath, and the precursor and what happened during the live eviction. Sunday shows of BB always are like that and keep fans tuning in. I expect fans to leave in droves for the upcoming episodes – Sundays episode was actually so boring.

@ Mon – Because Elissa has been the talk of the season, by houseguests and viewers. They’re obsessed with talking about her and fans are obsessed with loving or hating her.

  • Carl

Would Elissa fans really tune back in just to see her begging to stay in about 10 minutes of recap footage?

She has a vocal fan base, but the season is almost over and I’m not sure how many people will stop watching. It could happen – I’ve stopped (not because of Elissa, just because I don’t really care about what happens next), but a mass exit would have shown up on Sunday.

  • CrimTV

Don’t forget Amanda also left, and she suprisingly had fans, and there are also people who don’t really like anyone but saw a glimmer of hope in Elissa as well. But yeah, people usually would not stop watching with just a week to go until the finale!

  • omabin

I did stop watching. I am reading what happens online just for the sake of it but I am not watching anymore until the finale. No Elissa = No BB15 for me.

  • dave

Clarke what are you talking about all episodes have aired…

  • dave

I just saw that unforgettable comes back Dec 1st probably other shows on Xmas hiatus so they fill in then.

not sure why cbs cancelled it, to renewed but place it in the LATE LATE summer over a year later, CBS killed the show.

not sure why cbs cancelled it, to renewed but place it in the LATE LATE summer over a year later

CBS cancelled Unforgettable because they wanted to premiere three new dramas in fall 2012 and that left no room on the schedule for it.

CBS renewed it because they saw that they were being killed by the other networks during the summer without original programming and Unforgettable was their best performing cancelled show.

CBS delayed the premiere to late summer due to production being delayed because the lead actress was pregnant.

    CBS killed the show

CBS took a chance and it didn’t work out.

Excellent for Big Brother !!! I guess those Elissa fans are liars too SHOCKER !! Looking forward to watching the rest of BB without the snotty entitled gold digger

  • CrimTV

Um we didn’t lie, it was a prediction. Many Elissa fans did stop watching, but masses of people won’t tune out with only a week until the finale!

  • Justin

Where did you see that Unforgettable comes back December 1st?

  • CBSviewer

    @ Ultima

Unforgettable was their best performing cancelled show

I think it’s because Unforgettable was cheaper. CSI: Miami was their best performing cancelled show.

  • Jon

With unforgettable dipping to 1.0 I wonder if that is going to affect it’s chances. It’s too bad. The new concept for this show was great.
