I think Mindy’s new haircut is cute, just drastically different from her earlier hairstyle. Anyone know if it’s a real haircut (for the Haiti storyline that began in last season’s finale) or is she wearing a wig for the show?

How do you know SHIELD isn’t good? Everything I have read said the opposite. I believe I did also read though that the second episode was better than the first. I am not sure what would be confusing about it, other than the fact that many older people think it’s a show about superheroes and they are expecting to see them probably, when in fact, it’s not actually about the superheroes themselves.

I tried to watch Dads and I may have enjoyed it more if the laugh track wasn’t called on every other second.

I heard her say in an interview that it’s a wig.

dads much funnier than b-99. didn’t see that coming.

Dads was unwatchable. B99 was pretty funny.

New Girl was alright, Mindy was good. Just swap out Dads and Raising Hope and I’d be happy.

Watched Brooklyn Nine Nine last night On Demand (full commercial load, of course)…and, although somewhat funny, it seemed like way too many of the really funny bits, I had seen in their promos.

And Andre Braugher was totally wasted – again! I hate to say this, but at times during the show, I wondered how he would do at the 12th Precinct (either one – as the new captain giving Castle a hard time, or as the old pro detective sergeant at the ol’ one-two)…

…I may give Nine Nine a chance next week – we shall see if they have anything funny…

Thanks for the answer. I didn’t think she would cut her hair.

Dads felt like a dirty CBS comedy. And I felt bad for the dads sometimes, lol. The only current show I still like to watch that has audience/canned laughter is TBBT. I’d be all for what @Roy said: Swap Dads with RH. I’d love RH to come back sooner than November 8th.

For some reason I just can’t watch comedies with laugh tracks/audiences. My favorite comedies are shows like Parks and Rec and Modern Family that don’t need laugh tracks or live audiences to tell you when to laugh. I tried to watch Dads and the canned laughter/audience/whatever was so annoying I could barely watch the show and/or enjoy it.

I really liked Brooklyn 9-9 but I agree that next week will be the real test. I’m hoping it survives, but it’s competition is brutal.
