TLC TO RING IN NEW YEAR WITH ALL NEW EPISODES OF “HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO”

--The network orders twelve episodes and three specials, premiering on Wednesday, January 1 at 9 PM ET/PT--

(NEW YORK, NY) – 3.2 million viewers celebrated the camouflaged commitment ceremony of Mama June and Sugar Bear, making it the most-watched episode in the series’ history. On Wednesday, January 1 at 9 PM ET/PT, TLC’s ALL NEW NEW YEAR will kick off the return of HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO with an unconventional honeymoon that is sure to start fireworks.

Now that the stresses of wedding planning have dissipated, it’s time for June to ditch the bedazzled Keds and welcome back the familiar sights and sounds of rural McIntyre, GA. What better way to relax and unwind than with a romantic Southern getaway with Sugar Bear? Not in the world of Boo Boo! With the kids out of school for summer, the family is forced to spend every moment together...for better or for worse. The result: an unpredictable and bizarre family road trip that will go down in reality television history.

“The world continues to be fascinated by the Boo Boo gang and their crazy hijinks,” said Howard Lee, executive vice president of production and development for TLC. “As Alana gets older, the dynamic between her parents and sisters is changing. Viewers can look forward to seeing a different side of the family as they embark on this exciting new chapter of their lives."

HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO is produced by Authentic Entertainment for TLC.

    Thanks for the warning.

  • DM

    ugh

  • Dan

No surprise, the show has done well and actually is slightly better (whatever that means) now that the show focuses almost entirely on the family and not on those stupid pageants.

  • Rich

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Make it stop!

  • Adam

    YES! I can’t wait!

  • carole

:-) I enjoy the show. Takes my mind off my troubles.

  • Luna

I agree with carole, this show takes my mind off my troubles, people can say whatever they want about it, but Honey Boo Boo is quite a quirky funny little show that can be pretty cute even with the disgusting things this crazy family do sometimes.

It’s innocent, we can see that they really love each other and this is not something like the kardashians, they are simple, they are cool, im really happy with this news.

Here Comes More Honey Boo Boo!!!

Wow what a joke. I can’t believe enough people watch these kind of shows that they keep getting renewed. I am losing my faith in humanity.

  • TimsDale4ever

Love the show — the family really cares about each other. Doesn’t have all the b!tch fest and hatred like the other reality shows.

  • tomsman

I weep, yet again, for this country.

  • Alan

At least this is better and more entertaining than Jersey Shore LOL

  • aka

Give me Honey Boo Boo any day! I can’t wait. They have got to be one of the most loving families I have ever seen. By the way Chrisann, why are you commenting on a show that you “apparently” don’t watch? If you don’t watch it, don’t comment and if you do watch it, then you know TLC has made a great decision by renewing it. I have no interest in shows that show sex, drugs and violence. Good quirky family is what it’s all about!!!

  • breezy

The show has many “haters” but in my opinion I say if you don’t like it….then don’t watch it. Simple! I like the show…its funny and entertaining. Also love the “southeners”!

  • Lucy

I really love the show…they are just simple people…honest…and these days you cant find that…I love the whole family…Alana is beautiful litte princess, and i love her….i hope the show will continue for a long long time….
