Looking at the POI trend and viewrship trends as the season progresses it will get a lot of demo ratings in the 1’s! It is not likely to be renewed with 1 demo rstings! It’s already performing like a Friday or Sunday show on Tuesday! This has nothing tondo with like or dislike of the show! I have seen every episode but the show is dead and has been killed by CBS and is going to be cancelled. I wanted it to stay on Thursday and get high 2 to 3 demo ratings so it would stay on the air but that was wasting too much of bbt so now it’s dead on Tuesday and like a Friday or Sunday show and because it’s wb productions likely to be cancelled. It didn’t fix Tuesday at 10 and is now worse than vegas.

I was not impressed with AoS as I felt it was somewhere between Chuck & Nikita in it’s storytelling. Like, Blacklist, the female lead didn’t impress with her acting either. After the huge success of the Avengers & the follow-up success of Iron Man 3, AoS was destined to pull in big #’s for it’s premiere. But I won’t be surprised if that runs down quickly like V did. One thing AoS has going for it is that they can pull scenes from some of the Marvel films Disney has rights to.

@Mario @ KittyKat Do you really think 50 yo’s don’t buy cars? The big difference is that they pay $$CASH$$ for them.

This is just too much fun! Love all the “ignorant” vs. “snarky” comments! I’m afraid anything I might have to say would fall under the ‘ignorant’ category. Since MY favorite show now airs on Fridays–which, apparently is not considered part of the television week, according to some commenters here, I will undoubtedly be talking to myself come Saturday! Which is fine since I do that a lot as is! So glad the new season has started and there are new shows to discuss!

Enjoying Chicago Fire and glad for the new season, should be a great one!

  • Josh!

Great premeres for S.H.I.E.L.D and the goldbergs, they should have kept POI where it was, just sayin :)

AoS still has another 0.3 to go to hit our 5.0 predictions.

The laughs in Trophy Wife will be next week because of the show’s rating drop.

Person Of Interest is easily the best crime drama/action show on tv right now,and with well over 12mill viewers as well a 18-49 demo in the stable 2.3 range, to start out it’s third season, this show will have AT LEAST 6 seasons on brodcast network tv,and a pretty good sydication run sometime in the future.

SHIELD good numbers but overall disappointing show. Too many pretty faces with not enough talent.
