    I can see SHIELD dipping down to about 4.0 and 10.5 million next week, then finally settling in the 3.5 range and 9-10 million. Either way, it’ll still crush NCIS. :D

    Also can see Th Goldbergs settling in the 2.4 range and 6-7 million an trophy wife settling in the 2.0 range with about 6 million. Either way, ABC has a promising Tuesday lineup sofar.

    Despite any negative comments towards Chicago Fire or any other show doing well never feed the trolls. 2.7 is a series high for CF & it should do just fine on Tues. They already have a spinoff planned later this season. Interesting that POI fared better on Thur against GA & doesn’t fare as well on Tues.

  • Michael

    CBS has killed another of their vetran shows

  • AllOfHerTw!st

    Go NCIS! Come on POI!

    Shouldn’t the first tiebreaker in sorting the shows be the 18-49 Share, not total Viewers? I think SHIELD should be above The Voice at 8:00 on the list….

    Interesting that POI fared better on Thur against GA & doesn’t fare as well on Tues.

    Probably cause GA is female skewing whereas Lucky 7 and Chicago Fire sort of share the same audience.

    Whoa calm down, this is Week 1. It’s got a 4th season 100%

  • Shane Vendrell

    @Dante is just one of those people who thought Fire would be canned in 10 eps or less it STILL beat everything else on the prime time. It’s still a win.

  • Matt

    Can we all just notice the fact that NCIS STILL got over 20 million viewers with SHIELD and The Voice as heavy competition!

  • Eric

    I hear mixed reviews for SHIELD. I think ratings will drop next week, giving The Voice an advantage.

    @Dante
    “In a few months from now it will be at 1.7″

    NEWS FLASH! SVU got renewed by pulling 1.5s and 1.6s on most days. Therefore, it would be safe to assume that Chicago Fire would be renewed pulling in 1.7s. Deal with it.

  • Michael

    @CrimTV

    I figure sense its owned by WB and not CBS then syndication wont be able to save it if it dips below a 1.8 like Hawaii five O did (which is owned by CBS)

    Also i love both show and hope they stay above 2.3 for POI and 1.7 for H50

  • StevenD

    I could see The Blacklist realistically settling around the 2.7 Chicago Fire got, and then NBC will have Sunday-Tuesday set. Lets see how Wednesday/Thursday go

  • Sarah

    Yay NCIS. :)

  • CrimTV

    @Michael

    Syndication saves everything nowadays. CBS WILL NOT cancel POI until at least Season 4

  • Dante

    @JacobYates

    Yes, in the days when 1.5 and 1.6 were acceptable for a lowly net like NBC. But with The Blacklist doing well, Parenthood being steady (it will be because it always is) and Revolution returning, those low numbers won’t cut it anymore.

    I think NBC will finally up their expectations to at a minimum, a 2.0 for renewing dramas.

  • chloe

    I think new girl will dip even more next week. Tuesday is the most hardest day to get viewers

  • CrimTV

    @Dante

    Are you delusional? Only 2 scripted shows have premiered for NBC this season thus far.

  • Jen

    YAY for NCIS! 20mil viewers and a 3.6 ratings when it’s up against Voice and SHIELD. Nice:) The ratings will probably improve next week with TIVA finale.

  • CBSviewer

    Go NCIS :) An 11 year-old Show with more than 20 million viewers and a 3.6 is impressive especially with a strong competiton.
