I think CBS will stick with 8 comedies. Next Monday 2 Broke Girls & Mom will rise and Dancing and Sleepy Hollow will go lower. Two And A Half Men was hysterical last night. The show could run another two years. The Millers will be a hit and Big Bang Theory is going to stay at 8:00. Mike & Molly is a good utiliy player and will see a season 5. I can see it replacing We are Men if it flops. The Crazy Ones will definitely see a second season.

I voted on two poll questions for Thursday shows (September 26, 2013).

    Michael J. Fox Show
    I chose 2.1 – 2.5. 27% answered correctly. I predicted 2.3 and was off by 0.1.

    Elementary
    I chose 1.9 – 2.1. 24% answered correctly. I predicted 1.9 and was off by 0.2.

I answered both poll questions correctly.

“Next Monday 2 Broke Girls & Mom will rise”

Doubtful. We Are Men won’t give them the lead-in that HIMYM gave them this week.

  • Billy

The Crazy Ones only had 64% retention from TBBT. Let’s see what it does next week when it gets much lesser lead in support. Next week will be the real test to see how popular The Crazy Ones is. Any show after TBBT would get in the mid to upper 3′s.

“I wonder how “Scandal” will do next week”

    badly

    :D

Not out of the realm of possibility that a portion of viewers for the MJ Fox Show Pt 1 didn’t stick around for Pt 2 but some of The Crazy One viewers decided to check out MJ Fox Show Pt 2 which could explain the consistent ratings for both episodes. But it’s all kinda silly since next Thursday and beyond (for the foreseeable future) will see some significant scheduling changes.

    @Billy

Rules of Engagement was almost always mid 2′s behind Big Bang.

NBC lowest returning drama is a 1.6 not a 1.8… 1.8 was revolution and 1.6 is parenthood

also to everyone who complains about a shows retention should stop i personally think retention isnt such a big thing ( i have been known to be wrong thoug)…. Just my opinion.. i do hope michael j fox show remains above a 2.0 throughout the season and i do also how crazy ones remains high

Was anyone else suprise at how good the crazy ones was a i was.. When i heard that they picked up the crazy ones i was excited, but then the promos an trailers they released for the show made it look horrible… but really enjoyed it… i also like the chemistry between robin williams and james wolk…

also enjoyes michael j fox show hope both last at least 5 seasons.. I also hope they give parks a proper final season even if this is the last season

TBBT is back with its usual adjustments of 2 or 3 tenths! I do watch the show but I just don’t get why is it so popular to get those ratings, i don’t consider it super funny at all. TCO with 3.9 is still pretty good but as people said, the real test is next week when it won’t have that huge TBBT lead in but The Millers’ which a lot are predicting to flop.
Glee came back low , i expect the 3rd episode to go higher but not much high really.

Lol can we stop calling the crazy ones the #1 new show now. Even sleepy hollow beat it.

  • rob60990

    “Even sleepy hollow beat it.”

    3.9 > 3.5

Glee went from a 3.1 premiere in S4 to 2.0 in S5. If it dips to the 1.0′s I can’t see FOX keeping them in that time slot the rest of the year. 2 year renewal or not, this is a make or break time for the show.

  • Chris

That upward adjustment makes me feel a little better for Michael J. Fox. I’m hoping a lot of people DVR’d the show and the DVR numbers (after three days) will help make up for that mediocre number.

Streaming the Michael J Fox show ,,
Its not , its actually a REBOOT of 30 Rock ,
Same concept as 30 Rock in a slightly different venue , but not by much ,

Really wish that Michael J Fox, had instead gotten himself a larger part of The Good Wife where his character was interesting and well written.

  • ToXiX

The Millers & We Are Men both look good to me.
CBS picked up some good sitcoms this season, compared to the last few years (How To Be A Gentleman, Mad Love, Rob, Partners)

I don’t think We Are Men is going to flop as bad as people think.
I think it will premiere atleast on par with Mom.

  • lance

im sure glee makes alot of money through itunes sales…

so even if the numbers are down im sure its still a profitable show

Sleepy Hollow premiere – 3.5/9, 10.1 million viewers

The Crazy Ones premiere – 3.9/11, 15.5 million viewers

MJF obliterated Glee! And Parks beat SHIELD in the demo! ;-) :-)

I’ll be curious to see how the CBS lineup after TBBT holds up next week.

  • ToXiX

    @Ren

You’re not a very smart individual, are you?

  • Justin121

CBS will still have: 2 Broke GIrls, Mom, Mike & Molly, The Big Bang Theory, and Two and a Hlaf Men has at least one more season in it.

That, and The Millers and The Crazy Ones could prove to be keepers.

This is one of the best premiere weeks in recent years:

    SHIELD: 4.7
    Crazy Ones: 3.9
    Blacklist: 3.8
    Sleepy Hollow: 3.5

Three shows premiering to 3.8+ ratings, four at 3.5+.

OUATW, Almost Human, The Millers, Super Fun Night, still possible 3.0+ premieres.
