NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

@DenverDean, you are so correct. I forgot all about Made in Jersey. It was a stupid decision last season for CBS to air CSI @8pm.

  • david

Thanks ABC for canceling my beloved Malibu Country. I hope your advertising dollars continue to shrink with TN! Why would you ever cancel such a decent family show? Teba has a rock solid following! MC was a solid show for friday night and it blendes wellwith LMS! Please get Reba back on!!!!!

  • david

    Sorry for the typos!

  • Lostboy

    @BigBrotherFan 18-49

I watched that show the first 4 episodes. I thought it was so slow and dull it was better than a sleeping pill. I only watched it because of Will Estes. He did not have much of a part. Tom Sellick messing around with some chic 30 years younger was a major ick. So Boo Bloods not my cup of tea. I really thought when it first aired it was going to be a watchable show, instead slept right through it, like all the old folks that watch CBS average age 79.3.

  • Jon

Thats just sad that shark tank beat h-50 in the demo. What the crap?

  • Mike

Those saying 5-0 will be canceled this year are crazy

  • Jon

@Lostboy…..you should revisit Bluebloods. It’s a quality show. I love the family dynamics. To me it’s the best show on tv when it comes to that. Always good writing, and tear at your hearrstrings too.

  • Jon

Anyone thinking Malubu country would be doing any better on friday is delusional. That show was a disgrace to the talents of Reba. I’d love to see her back on the air, but not on a vehicle that was as borish as that.

  • MJ

Some of you are blowing my mind…..Last year, TN had the best spot anyone could ask for, right after Modern Family, and it pulled in HORRIBLE numbers!!!! IT FAILED!!!!

ABC cancels MC, who had decent numbers, on a Friday, and replaces it with TN, and it cant even beat MC’s lowest rating of the whole season.

Canceling MC over TN was the worst idea EVER!!!!!!

  • Steve

ABC: I bet you’re mad you didn’t cancel The Neighbors instead of Happy Endings! Just cancel it already and bring back Suburgatory!!!!!!!!! I need my Dalia Royce fix!

  • bjssp

As I said in my original statement on the matter, most people aren’t like that, even though some might be. The goal is to get as many eyes as possible to the program, and it’s not replacing a first run scripted series. Surely some might watch it Friday instead of Thursday, but again, not many will.

  • david

Good night for CBS. Really good start for Master Sheff JR. I watched the end of it and i thought it was pretty interesting. To bad the ABC commedies fell.

  • erwanfromfrance

The French version of Dancing With The Stars begins right now in France ! Go on Twitter, put location of Top Tweets into France and see, it’s #DALS it is on Top Tweet since a half hour.

  • Seth

The Neighbors is the funniest comedy on tv right now, in fact it is the only one I watch besides Community. Sad it will be gone soon.

  • BigBrotherFan

Wow! You made it way futher than I did lol I lasted like 20 minutes into the pilot. Horrible show with a old tired has been actor in the lead *YAWN*.

  • Steve

@ Seth: Yep, that show is a goner!

  • thesnowleopard

A 1.5 for Five-0’s season premiere isn’t stellar by any means. It’s been sent to Friday nights to die and there will probably be several new underperforming shows CBS could put in that slot to replace it.

Not helping is that it’s in its fourth season and will hit syndication numbers this year. If it wants to make it to season five, it’s going to have to outperform its slot, not barely make ends meet. I doubt there will be any excuses for it come time to renew.

That does not sound good to The Crazy Ones. And now I am already into the show. But I think it will still make it, as it should do better than Mom, We Are Men, Mike and Molly (when it eventually returns), Two and a Half Men.

I’m hooked on The Crazy Ones too. I do agree that as long as it doesn’t completely crater this season, it will be renewed.

  • Lostboy

    @ Jon
I am so tired of cop dramas. However if CBS ever decides to bring back Cold Case I’m in.. I broke my don’t watch CBS rule this week and watched HIMYM and Hostages. I stopped watching HIMYM S8E1 can’t remember if that show has been on 8 or 9 years. I wanted to actually see if the Mom would finally be revealed. My DVR is set for the year with HIMYM. Hostages was horrible and for comic relief I DVR UTD for a summer series. My word UTD made Revolution seem like a Masterpiece.
    I watch on the networks.
Sleepy Hollow, Revolution, Revenge, once again HIMYM. I will watch a couple more episodes of the Blacklist, not that impressive. I will watch The New Ironside I like how he rolls, who doesn’t like Blair Underwood..
Cable and netflix have my heart. Justified, The Americans, Bates Motel and the best show not on television but netflix ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK best show in YEARS.

Great numbers for CBS and talk about viewers when it comes to BLUE BLOODS.

FOX has MasterChef & ABC has Shark Tank but not sure about the balance of the line ups. I do wish thought that ABC had kept THE NEIGHBORS on Thursday.
