When are we going to have Live+7 Days Ratings ? For the Sleepy Hollow’s first week ?

  • Percysowner

I totally expected MAOS to be big with DVR, but this is pretty huge. I hope it maintains most of its ratings, because, I’m enjoying it.

  • Angie

I’m watching MAOS on DVR because I’m watching other stuff in its timeslot.
I hope this counts towards to the ratings somehow, because I’d like for the show to stick around.

  • KJ

    @Angie: it doesn’t count.

  • Blackwan

I’m hoping to see gains for The Crazy Ones and The Michsel J. Fox show and The Big Bang Theory.
    Also Grey’s Anatomy.

well marvels agents of shield isnt they typical drama series of a channel . It has MARVEL behind it and also upcoming movie that will advertise the series even more. Avengers is the number 1 movie of all times when it comes to the money it earned.

It will not fall ( not considerably ) in my opinion in the upcoming episodes. and it will increase further (maybe above 5.0) whenever we get cliffhangers and maybe guest stars.

@Harry Number 1 movie of all time when it comes to the money it earned?!?! Thats Avatar, second is Titanic, third is Avengers. I loved Avengers and wish it was number 1, but truth is, Avatar and Titanic out earned it. Its possible that the ratings will rise after Ziva leaves NCIS, because that is helping to elevate NCIS which is fairly similar in premise and has the same time slot. cliffhangers and guest stars will help, too. It could also have a ratings spike when Thor: The Dark World comes to theaters. I wouldnt be surprised if it became the #1 drama(is it already?) or even the #1 show(it may be able to top TBBT(I did say MAY BE)). I think its fairly likely we’ll have a new Marvel show next year, whether its Agent Carter or something else. One idea could be to make Mike from the AoS pilot Luke Cage (he even changed his name in the comics from Carl Lucas) and maybe introduce Iron Fist and Daredevil(they recently got the rights back) and have a spinoff Heroes For Hire show next year.

Why on earth would you say the Avengers was #1 while it wasn’t? I’m really interested what pushed you toward that.

  • Matt

6.8 in the 18-49 demo is ginormous. 4.7 is still outstanding for live, which makes Agents of SHIELD TV’s #1 New Show and #1 New Drama of the season, NOT The Crazy Ones, which CBS tries to claim. I can see SHIELD dipping down to 4.0 and 10 million next week, before settling in the 3.5-4.0 and 8-11 million range for the rest of the season. BUT, it could do better.

  • Ultima

Avengers is the number 1 movie of all times when it comes to the money it earned.

    Um, no.

Worldwide box office gross – #1 Avatar $2.78B, #2 Titanic $2.19B, #3 The Avengers $1.51B; same order for domestic totals.

Adjusted for inflation of ticket prices, The Avengers falls all the way down to 27th domestically.

This is really good. Networks should start taking DVR ratings into account. Hopefully those who watched it on DVR will watch live next week, possibly rising the ratings slightly or keeping them the same.

Otherwise, SHIELD is doing really well and hopefully the ratings don’t drop much.

It’s going to be tough for any new show to beat the total viewers for The Crazy Ones, already over 15 million on opening night.
