Will 'The Blacklist' Stay Strong in Week 2? - Poll

The Blacklist was one of premiere week's bright spots, garnering a 3.8 adults 18-49 rating, which is gigantic for a 10PM show. Of course, have the even huger premiere of The Voice (5.1 adults 18-49 rating) as a lead-in helped.  The question is whether the show is going to continue at the same levels or fade the way Revolution did in the time period last season. What do you think will happen? Make your prediction then explain your reasoning in the comments.

10% fall off but still strong.

I’m guessing 3.4, and by the end of the season a 2.5

  • senor chang

    Guessing 3.4 because why not.

I see a lot of big hits, and a lot of big flops this season. I haven’t watched the premier yet, but I think it holds fairly steady. 3.6-3.7 I’d guess. I could see 3.8 before I see 3.4.

  • Cyrax86

Still strong, 3.4-3.5. Poor Hostages will fall even further though.

It also depends on how well the voice performs

  • ToXiX

    3.4 for Blacklist

    2.6 for We Are Men

  • I LOVE TV!

    3.4-3.5 for Blacklist

    2.9-3.1 for Sleepy Hollow

2.4 for We are Men and Mom

    1.5 for Hostages

  • Samuel

I think the season will average out at around 2.8.

    For the finale, I’m predicting a 3.1.

  • harry

It doesnt seem to be the flop revolution was… it will stabilize around 3 i think unless they give it a 4 month hiatus and kill it.

  • RJ

I’m going with 3.4, a mild 10% drop. The show was generally positively received and its competition (especially on CBS) is pretty weak.

  • FabioParme

I’m thinking 3.4 or 3.5. I’m more interested in how Hostages will perform. I’d say 1.6 and moving closer and closer to cancellation, which is a shame. I really liked the pilot.

@harry: Revolution didn’t fall below 2.6 till episode 12 or more. Lets see the number of episodes Blacklist can maintain its momentum with an even higher rated Voice this time around before spouting nonsense alright?
