Grey's Anatomy Episode 10 Premiere

Based on Live + 3 Day ratings for its season premiere, Grey’s Anatomy grew from its Live + Same Day numbers to 12.5 million viewers (+3.2 mil - 12.5 mil vs. 9.3 mil) and a 4.8 rating in Adults 18-49 (+41% - 4.8 rating vs. 3.4 rating).  Grey’s Adult 18-49 increase in L+3 was considerably higher for this year’s premiere than last year’s opener (+41% vs. +30%).

    Love how the networks are saying all their shows are considerably higher in percentage increase compared to last season live plus 3/7 dvr #s.

    What they really should say is less people watched live and with dvr included compared to last season they are down overall, therefore making their percentage gain look higher!!!

    With that said Greys is doing good for a veteran show in season 10

    This does not mean anything…regardless on how many viewers dvr the show and watch later…this does not help to accumulate advertising revenues…pointless how every network is putting so much emphasis on divulging this info…which is more or less pointless
    More like a scheme to have us tune in…problem is that the average viewer watches based on word to mouth or their own personal likes, not based on ratings
