    I didn’t expect SHIELD to drop this much in week 2. Let’s see how it holds up in the following weeks.

    Scandal premieres at 8pm tonight? WTH?

  • TV Junkie

    ‘Chicago Fire’ is ‘Gray’s Anatomy’ in a firehouse with bad writing. I can’t believe they renewed it for a second season. NBC is wasting the massive ‘Voice’ lead-in.

    @Dante, the thought that you were sitting at your computer waiting for this update and making sure you got the first comment….I genuinely think this person is mentally ill and I feel really sorry that they’re not getting the help they need.

  • Jon

    IF Marvels keeps falling like that, brinnging back the dancing results show don’t look so bad.

  • pete

    Dads is a great show, its funny, relavant and right on. The PC crowd all 3 of them are all bent out of shape and that makes Dads even better

    @isuuesarenow:
    Well CBS knew Tuesday at 10 was the networks black hole and POI is now worse than Vegas but there is also unanimity that shahi needs to be fired.

    Can you prove your theory that you just pulled out of your buthole like always? I can prove the opposite with facts. Oh, btw Shahi is awesome. Your little willy is just threatened by a strong woman.

    Chicago Fire is a hit with over 8 million viewers.Lucky 7 is toast.

    Someday Dante will commit suicide and no one will care.

  • mike93

    dads and brooklyn nine-nine are being killed by the big 3 (the voice, ncis, and SHIELD) i dont understand why abc didnt put SHIELD at 10 on tuesdays instead of 8. it would have a LOT better ratings and i believe the 2nd episode was MUCH better than the pilot.

    @Cuttler
    You are 100% right about the introduction of Shaw killing the ratings. It decreased every time she came on. The majority of the people that watched the finale moved to Tuesdays, yet it’s still decreasing. Since no one knows who to blame (Shaw or the move to Tuesdays) they both share the blame, unfortunately. What the writers need to do is to place her correctly. I can tell they’re listening by removing the “bitch” from her character and handing her a different personality (loves to kill, unlike Reese) but as time goes on maybe she’ll fit in better. BTW: looking forward to next week’s Shaw/Carter/Morgan “sexy” episode (since the fans wanted to see them interact).

    @issuesarenow
    While me and many other people don’t like her character, I haven’t heard anyone saying “fire Shahi.” I believe that’s your opinion and yours alone.

    I can’t believe the number of people who watch CBS procedurals. I had no idea there were that many high school dropouts in the US

    I can’t believe other people have different tastes than I do. They’re all obviously morons.

  • Hastings8783

    Well at least we all agree that The Mindy Project is toast.

  • Ellie

    @ Cutter – I have to agree about Person of Interest. First season – outstanding. Great core cast, good recurring characters like Zoe and Elias. Well paced and edgy. The episode with the female doctor and that ambiguous ending – brilliant. Then comes season 2, and already we are hearing too much about the tech side and then they bring in Shaw. She was unlikable from the first. It’s not that she was a strong woman – Kara and Zoe were strong women – Shaw was just unappealing. And the tone changed – when they werent boring us with the Machine, they were turning it into a PG version of Mr and Mrs. Smith.
    The ratings started to drop last season, drop deeply when Shaw was introduced and they never regained their momentum. You can change a time and night and you can still hold on to your audience, but when you change the show, its like their show went off the air.

  • Jon

    I like the addition of Shaw. To me the makings of a good show is to evolve it. Shaw brings in a fresh new prospective to the team. She is the anti Reese part of the team. She loves being a bad ass
    Just for the sake of being one. I was actually hoping they did a spinoff show with her.

  • Katie

    Wow pretty much all of the new shows dropped a decent amount especially AGENTS. Can’t believe how much that show dropped, I guess it didn’t live up to all the hype that people were giving it. I don’t watch Chicago Fire but I don’t understand why so many people like to bash it and say it has terrible ratings. It has the same amount of viewers as AGENTS did and a 2.6 doesn’t seem bad at all to me.

  • Will

    Considering how NBC is faring in terms of ratings, “Chicago Fire” is one of the few bright spots in the network’s current lineup. They would be stupid to get rid of it now – though given some of their previous decisions in the past few years, it wouldn’t altogether surprise me if they pulled another boneheaded move……
