CBS SPORTS NETWORK’S WEEKEND COLLEGE FOOTBALL ACTION
KICKS OFF FRIDAY, OCT. 4 WITH BYU AT UTAH STATE
CBS Sports Network’s college football action this weekend kicks off on Friday, Oct. 4 with a primetime match-up between BYU and Utah State (8:00 PM, ET) from Merlin Olsen Field at Romney Stadium in Logan, Utah. Andrew Catalon and Aaron Taylor call the action, along with reporter Lauren Gardner.
Saturday’s action begins with a Patriot League contest between undefeated teams Lehigh and Fordham (12:00 NOON, ET). Ben Holden, Tom Bradley and reporter Kristine Leahy announce from Coffey Field, in the Bronx, N.Y.
Rice at Tulsa (3:30 PM, ET) follows from Skelly Field at H.A. Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Okla. Brent Stover and Corey Chavous announce, with Lisa Byington reporting from the sidelines. Saturday’s live action concludes with LA Tech at UTEP (7:30 PM, ET). Dave Ryan and Adam Archuleta handle the call, with reporter Susannah Collins.
Saturday’s studio programming begins with INSIDE COLLEGE FOOTBALL ARMED FORCES SPECIAL (11:00 AM, ET) to preview CBS Sports’ broadcast of Air Force at Navy. SEC TONIGHT airs at 7:00 PM, ET, providing post-game coverage of CBS Sports’ “SEC Game of the Week” between No. 6-ranked Georgia and Tennessee, and discusses the rest of the day’s SEC action.
INSIDE COLLEGE FOOTBALL, the Network’s pre-game, halftime and post-game studio show, returns at 1:00 AM, ET to provide news and highlights from across the country. Adam Zucker hosts throughout the day, along with analysts Houston Nutt, Randy Cross, Brian Jones and Christian Fauria.
