MIAMI – October 3, 2013- “Titulares Telemundo” presents an exclusive interview with Javier “Chicharito” Hernández this Sunday, October 6 at 11PM/10C, or after your local news, as the Manchester United and Mexican National Team forward talks one-on-one with Andrés Cantor about his life, his present on the pitch, his long distance relationship with his native Mexico, his family and the people who helped him get to where he is in his career.
Chicharito sat down with Emmy award winning broadcaster Andrés Cantor in Manchester to speak at length about how he manages his performance on the soccer field, his day-to-day life in England and how it affects his relationship with his native country as he defends the colors of the Mexican National Team in this exclusive interview.
Hernández is one of the most renowned and successful Mexican soccer players today with a distinguished career that dates back to his professional debut with his hometown Chivas in 2006. Chicharito’s prowess scoring goals in Guadalajara caught the attention of some of Europe’s most prestigious clubs and allowed him to make his debut for Manchester United four years later in 2010. Hernandez quickly became a fan favorite with clutch goals in key junctures for a championship team. However, Hernandez is currently going through one of the toughest moments of his career as he attempts to crack United’s starting lineup while facing harsh criticism as one of the faces of Mexico’s struggle to qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
