    @Dan

    Vampire Diaries got a 1.2 rating and The Originals did okay, not amazing but about as expected.

  • Dan

    @Tony JJ – Sometimes very rarely shows start out slow and grow each season to high numbers. NCIS and The Big Bang Theory both started out OK rated and they blossomed into hits. Its not common but it does happen.

  • Dan

    @CrimTV – My guess is that if Originals and Supernatural hold on and get similar numbers, while they may not be considered hits, that will be good enough for CW on Tuesdays and definitely an improvement over Hart of Dixie & Emily Owens/Cult. Combo

  • Ritchie

    “Are we Gladiators or are we bitches?” YEAH!

  • MOE

    Both shows are on the same network, are we seriously doing the battle of the superior ratings, (including Shield). Now find something worthy to fight about like toppling choke hold CBS has on the older market.

    STFU @Rob. Seriously. Few people predicted a 4.0. Also, do you realize that SCANDAL was the #2 program of the night? Built on its 10-year-old lead in by 2 million and 6 demo tenths? Topped its hour by double digits across all demos? Was the #1 drama of the night? Even topped all of CBS’s lineup except TBBT? Yeah, so much for “LMAO”. Also, so much for your “crash and burn” and “flop” predictions.
