Which New Fall Broadcast TV Show Will Be Canceled Second? (Poll)

RIP, Lucky 7. The cancellation bear is dining on your lottery winnings. But he's still hungry.

So now it's time to guess which new broadcast primetime show you think will be caught by the cancellation bear and canceled second! With two weeks of data, you can make an informed prediction.

Because comment thread lawyers are everywhere, let's be clear that for the purposes of this poll "canceled" means removed from its initially scheduled timeslot, either off the air entirely or rescheduled to a burn off timeslot, even if the network *claims* the show will return later.

What's your guess for this season's second to go?

While I've included all new shows in the poll (in randomized order) expected to premiere before Christmas, the ones premiering late are obviously very highly unlikely to be canceled first, but the adventuresome are more than welcome to take a shot.

Like they say in Chicago, vote early, vote often.

I hope SHIELD doesn’t get cancelled. Seems like it has potential.

I can’t decide, there are so many bad shows, but I’ll say “Sean Saves The World” for now.

Neck and neck between Welcome to the Family (which will probably be cancelled next week) and We are Men. Welcome to the Family has a week’s life left in it, so it all depends on whether CBS pulls the trigger on We are Men before that or gives it another week.

The logical choice based on ratings and viewer reviews would be Dads, but my guess is on We Are Men. While Dads is certainly a goner, FOX will probably air one more episode before the MLB LCS and World Series takes its place for the rest of the month. The they will either cancel it quietly or burn it off on Friday nights while putting Raising Hope back in that slot. WTTF is also a dead show walking, but NBC has a pretty thin bench and probably won’t bring back Community before midseason. Besides, someone mentioned that they have a couple of episodes of The Voice to air during November sweeps, so it won’t be pulled immediately unless it draws Do No Harm-like numbers next week. So that leaves We Are Men. CBS has a low tolerance for crappy duds out of the box, and they have Mike and Molly ready to fill in, so they can pull that show now, air a couple of repeats of TBBT, and bring M&M in for November sweeps.

I hope SHIELD doesn’t get cancelled.

It’s hanging on by a thread.

Had to choose “We Are Men” to go by way of “Gentlemen”

I chose WAM, even though I don’t want it to be.
I now have nothing to watch on Tuesdays, because of Lucky 7’s cancelation, and soon Mondays will be the same, I fear.

    @ Body Of Proof

    LOL! Dracula debuts 10/25

For me it comes down to 2 NBC shows, WTTF or Ironside. I voted for the latter but wouldn’t be surprised if there both cancelled at the same time. NBC is hot & won’t have any patience for shows in the low 1’s & likely go even lower. They have several shows waiting in the wings including Community.

Why isn’t The Mindy Project on this list ? Retracting statements made too soon or …?

You may want to look at the second word in the title of this article….

I would love to vote for Dads, but I think FOX will air the already filmed episodes to make Seth McFarlane happy. I’ll go with Hostages or Moms. I bet we will hear about the first CBS cancellation this weekend or early next week.

    The Blacklist 0% :)
