NFL GAMES RANK AS 12 MOST-WATCHED SHOWS
THIS FALL

Games Top Local Ratings in 27 of 30 NFL Markets

The CBS national telecast (mostly Broncos-Cowboys) was the most watched TV program with 28.3 million average viewers last week (Sept. 30 – Oct. 6) topping competition which included the second week of the primetime TV season and MLB playoffs.

For the season, NFL games rank as the 12 most-watched TV shows since Labor Day, including the five most-watched shows in primetime. Following are the most-watched programs this fall:

    While it’s no surprise to see the Sunday National games on CBS and FOX topping Sunday Night Football, it’s unusual to see FOX singleheader games that high on the list!
