OF THE TOMORROW PEOPLE… TODAY!

Watch an Action-Packed Sneak Peek at the Season’s First Eight Episodes

NEW YORK (October 10, 2013) — Only a day after its thrilling series premiere, Warner Bros. Television’s superpowered action series The Tomorrow People (Wednesdays 9/8c on The CW) took New York Comic Con by storm today with an encore screening of the series premiere episode on the big screen.

The screening was followed by a first-look at an exclusive, action-packed highlight reel created specifically for NYCC, featuring a sneak peek at footage from the show’s first eight episodes.

For a look at the action-packed reel, see below:

·         Highlights include Stephen Jameson’s (Robbie Amell) decision to become a double agent for The Tomorrow People; his best friend, Astrid (Madeleine Mantock), first witnessing his powers; Stephen sharing a kiss with fellow empath Cara (Peyton List); Tomorrow People leader John’s (Luke Mitchell) mission to find the traitor in their midst; and the mind-bending blend of action and effects that are already a hallmark of the series.

From executive producers Greg Berlanti (Arrow), Julie Plec (The Vampire Diaries), Phil Klemmer (Chuck) and Danny Cannon (Nikita), The Tomorrow People is a story of several young people from around the world who represent the next stage in human evolution, possessing special powers, including the ability to teleport and communicate with each other telepathically. Based upon the original UK series created by Roger Price, The Tomorrow People is produced by Bonanza Productions, Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions, FremantleMedia, Warner Bros. Television and CBS Television Studios.  Starring Robbie Amell (Revenge), Luke Mitchell (Home and Away), Peyton List (Mad Men), Aaron Yoo (Disturbia), Madeleine Mantock (Edge of Tomorrow) and Mark Pellegrino (Lost), The Tomorrow People airs on Wednesdays at 9/8c on The CW.
