Last night’s Monday Night Football game (Colts/Chargers) was simulcast on the NBC affiliate in Indianapolis. As a result, NBC numbers may be inflated  and subject to more than typical adjustments in the finals.

NBC was number one in Adults 18-49 and with total viewers.

On NBC, The Voice earned a 4.5 down 2 percent from last week's 4.6 adults 18-49 rating. The Blacklist  garnered a 3.2 up 3 percent from last week’s 3.1 adults 18-49 rating.  NBC’s line up was pre-empted in Indianapolis for football, so these numbers may be inflated.

On CBS, How I Met Your Mother matched last week's 3.0 adults 18-49 rating. The timeslot premiere of 2 Broke Girls notched a 2.5 up 9 percent from last week's series low 2.3 adults 18-49 rating. Mom garnered a 1.9 down 10 percent from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. Your predictions were accurate for 2 Broke Girls but too optimistic for Mom. Hostages matched last week's series low 1.2 adults 18-49 rating.

On FOX, Bones scored a 2.0 down 5 percent  from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. Sleepy Hollow garnered a 2.6 down 7 percent from last week's 2.8 adults 18-49 rating.

On ABC,  Dancing with the Stars earned a 2.1, 5 percent from last week's 2.0 adults 18-49 rating. Castle notched  a 2.2 up 16 percent from last week's 1.9 adults 18-49 rating.

On the CW, the season premiere of Hart Of Dixie matched last week’s 0.4. Beauty And The Beast scored a 0.3, even with last week’s adults 18-49 rating.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

    I am going to say it now…Fox will back track on Sleepy Hollow’s season 2 pick up and the show will be done after it’s 13 episode run. No longer can be called a hit with the severe amount of views and demo lost since it’s premiere. By Fox standards, a real disappointment. DVR +7 numbers mean zilch in the business of live TV watching.

  • MattyD

    good for castle and the blacklist. I hope that sleepy hollow does better next time.

  • j

    Why are there such diehard Sleepy Hollow detractors? It’s only had a few episodes; how has it built up such fervor?

  • Scandalfan

    Are you kidding me, SH still has decent ratings, get rid of the lead female.

  • reallypeople

    @Jen

    OK, name ONE scripted, non-animated show on FOX doing better (right now, currently on schedule) then Sleepy Hollow. I’m waiting…

  • paila

    Get rid of the lead female? Her chemistry with the lead male saves the show. Get rid of her and ratings go down even more.

    The show is not in danger right now though.

  • jen

    @reallypeople

    Bottom line is that the show started at 3.6 and it’s already down to 2.6. Definition of a disappointment. When will the hemorrhaging stop?

  • richierich

    @ jen

    Don’t avoid the question by reallypeople. What scripted show currently on FOX’s schedule rates better?

  • reallypeople

    @Jen

    Thank you for proving my point. Disappointment? Well, I’ll leave it at that.. you’ve already embarrassed yourself enough and shown your lack of knowledge (which is the true bottom line, you said something ridiculous without having any knowledge). No need to see you dig the hole deeper. Thanks for playing, though.

  • NBC Fan

    Are there any guesses on how the Biggest Loser will do?

    My guess is a 2.5 rating.

  • AllOfHerTw!st

    Why all the hate for Sleepy Hollow? Have you naysayers even watched the show? It’s almost like the hostility I see being flung at H50. Sheesh!

  • richierich

    @ AllOfHerTw!st

    They’re probably Alcatraz or Terra Nova fans. Which I was. It could also be just people who like to hate. I used to like to come to this sight a lot. You could read intelligent comments about tv ratings. Now some people do contribute intelligently. While others are prophets who make no intelligent comments to back up there predictions and think they know more than tv executives who have been in the business for years. It’s like a grade school playground sandbox sometimes with name calling and outrages comments.

    @ j

    I’m also baffled by the criticism of Sleepy Hollow. It might have something to do with the film noir style in which the series is written and produced. Writer/Director Len Wiseman was responsible for the Underworld movie franchise which is also dominated by dark images and themes. As you note, this program is still in its early stages. It obviously needs more development, but arguably has more potential for growth than any other new series.

  • Joseph A

    @Tom
    not sure I agree that Sleepy Hollow has the most potential , of the new shows I think that THE BLACKLIST is a sharper product. That said I am tempted to give it another chance based on last nights episode I just wish that FOX did not delay streamed viewing of their shows.

  • riley

    mom was down in demo because its lead in, the big bang theory tends to skew outside of the 18-49 numbers a bit.

    CASTLE was nothing short of AMAZING last night. Back at the 12th with the whole gang and loving every moment of it.

    I loved the “WRITER” bullet-proof vest.

  • Networkman

    2 Broke Girls did really good behind HIMYM. It was really a great improvement over We are Men. Also it had great retention in viewers. CBS can’t complain about the improvement of the hour. I believe the network will be patient with Mom. Yes, they would like it be more young skewing. But it is pulling in a decent amount of viewers. It also has the hard task of going up against The Voice’s strongest half hour. So as long as it drops just a few tenths in the demo from its lead in, CBS will at least allow it to finish its full episode order. It may also help if MOM had a better lead out as well. Hostages really needs to be moved to either Saturday or Sunday. A 1.2 should not be acceptable.

  • Networkman

    FOX has to be really excited about Sleepy Hollow. It has greatly improved the timeslot over last year’s Mob Doctor. So I don’t know why all the hate for Sleepy Hollow. It may not be your type of show, but we all have to give it credit and say that it has kept FOX competitive on Monday this season, even out beating the CBS comedy hour.

    I bet Fox is regretting renewing Sleepy Hollow. Falling falling falling.

    Regretting!! Omg you must be joking..

  • Dorothy5334

    pina
    looks like the Sleepy Hollow hype is gone. I agree with the person who said that Fox probably regrets renewing it, they jumped the gun.

    Why would they regret it when it’s their highest scripted show.. The day they don’t renew their highest rated show is the day that the person in charge gets fired..
