New Television Network Targeting Millennials Now Offered To Subscribers Through Pivot’s Downloadable App and DISH Anywhere Mobile App

 

Los Angeles, October 16, 2013 -- Participant Media’s new television network, Pivot (Pivot.tv), announced that its downloadable app -- "PivotTV" -- will be offered to DISH customers beginning today. Pivot’s content is also available using the “DISH Anywhere” platform which consists of DISH Anywhere mobile apps and www.DISHAnywhere.com.  DISH (NASDAQ: DISH) is the second affiliate partner to authenticate customers that receive the PivotTV app. In addition, Pivot is currently available in the America’s Top 120 package on channel 197.

 

The PivotTV app allows DISH customers to view the TV network’s programming on Internet-connected devices, as well as stream Pivot's on-demand offerings on computers, tablets and smart phones, anytime and anywhere.  Also, with the free DISH Anywhere mobile app, consumers can view Pivot live, on-demand and even DVR its content using Sling technology (anywhere there is Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G connection).
