Great night for NBC and CBS. Honorable mention for CW which also has a solid night
    FOX is a mess.

    @Bored Now..
I’m loving reading all of your comments.. I’ve been trying to say some of the same things.. Keep it up..

  • busy06

SPN has it’s own loyal audience, it does not share anything in common with PLL or Ravenswood. If anything, The Originals will be affected by PLL not SPN.

Fox is to Tuesdays what NBC is to Thursdays. The best thing to say about them is that Dads and Brooklyn 9-9 have both stabilized.

Looks like we can say the same for SHIELD. I hope NBC gives Biggest Loser a spring season and moves it to Thursdays to help stabilize the night.

As for ABC, Trophy Wife looks like it will be pulled sooner or later and The Goldbergs look Friday bound at this rate.

  • Chris J

    FOX is doing fine actually.

They had the second highest 18-34 rating for the night which is an even more valuable demo than 18-49.

  • Actually

Actually, Fox is doing horribly on Tuesdays.

The “Look at 18-34, not at 18-49″ thing is yet another square on Fan Excuse Bingo.

Expect an 8P-9P shakeup within the next few weeks. And a certain Mindy cancellation by season’s end.

The “move The Goldbergs movement” is funny. No way are they gonna move it just risk their other shows. It’s staying there where it’s at. None of their newish comedies are safe. I think they’re gonna play roulette with the new comedies just to see who survives.

Nonsense. Viewers aged 18-34 are more valuable than viewers aged 35-49. If a show has strong A18-34 ratings relative to the rest of the network, it will make up for lackluster A18-49 ratings.

  • Ultima

    @Actually

To give an example of the potential power of subsets of the A18-49 demo, look at The Simpsons. If you just went by its A18-49 ratings, you would say it’s a hit, but that’s about it. However, if you look at the ad rates it pulls (because of its performance in high demand demos like M18-34), it’s actually still a huge hit on par with shows like The Voice and Modern Family.

  • Potato

CW shows– about 5 percent of the tv ratings, about 90 percent of the comments on this site.

  • ToXiX

Wow didn’t expect that for Dads.

But that’s GREAT that ALL fox comedies are above Mindy. :D

  • Ginger

Excuse me, but “The Originals” are doing better than their premier because of “Supernatural”. “Arrow” did much better last year because of “Supernatural” also. It is time for all you “Supernatural” doubters to finally admit “Supernatural” is a great show. I only watched “Arrow” because I was waiting for “Supernatural” to come on. I watch “Revolution” now, not “Arrow”. I am sure that “The Original’s” ratings went up this week because people were waiting to watch Supernatural too.

P.S. How can you hate people you don’t even know?

  • iSayso

After ABCF shows the CW stuff is the worst!

  • ToXiX

I’m glad Scandal repeats are rating so poorly since they cancelled Lucky 7. And even though I didn’t watch Body of Proof, I’m even more glad the Scandal repeats are doing badly. Hopefully ABC learns their lesson. They are the WORST at scheduling.

  • ToXiX

All ABC did was schedule new shows in the holes from last season and didn’t schedule anything intelligently.

  • Simon

Anyone know who Agents of SHEILD is actually doing in the 18-34 demo?

  • LondonTown

Is there anywhere we can access the A18-34 ratings on a daily basis (also, to a lesser degree, I would be interested in the A25-54 ratings)? It would be ideal if these were posted here alongside the A18-49, but if impossible perhaps some kind soul would put them in the comments every day?

  • anna g

Great to see PoI adjusted up – excellent retention from NCIS L.S.
Also, the numbers are still very good for Supernatural despite downward change. The Originals is doing very well – CW can be happy with their Tuesdays. CBS is also strong. Agents of Shield still hasn’t stabilized yet but at least this episode was a bit better than previous two.

    @ London Town

The 18-34 ratings are posted on the prelims every day on TVBTN

Only overall for the Nets, not for each show.
