Shark-Tank-Cast

ABC canceled Lucky 7 after just two airing when it fell to a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating. It filled the timeslot with Scandal repeats, which earned a slightly better 0.9 two weeks ago but fell to a 0.6 this week. So, for at least the next two weeks, ABC will plug its Tuesday night hole with repeats of Shark Tank.

Repeats of Shark Tank will def do better, Scandal like other dramas in serial format don’t repeat well.

My guess is Killer Women will inherit the slot in January.

    Poor poor Scandal. :D

  • Nathan

    @Rob60990
I think you should take the word “Scandal” out and replace it with “Revenge”, you know, that show pulled got a 1.6 last week? LMAO. :D

  • Tom

    haha that is great

  • Darryl

Shark Tank seems to be the logical hole filler here. Even repeats were usually averaging around a 1.0 which could be a lot worse given there isn’t much else ABC can throw in the schedule.

  • Shepherd

Smart move. They probably should have just went with ST from the get go. I could see repeating Scandal’s premier, but after that, it just didn’t make any sense.

  • ABCDEFG

They should have replaced Scandal repeats with Castle repeats but this is ABC we’re talking about

  • Alecia

They might as well since none of their dramas repeat well. I don’t know if any of their mid season shows are a procedural but if not they should probably try to develop one for next fall.

  • Kissan

So basically ABC just cancelled the Scandal repeats after two episodes as well:)

  • Cyrax86

Because Scandal repeats will move to Sundays 10 pm?

  • Alecia

Does anyone know what time the cable ratings usually come out?

  • SVU: Hannibal

maybe they’re prepping for a Revenge/Scandal tag team during Sweeps…no way Betrayal stays on the schedule, especially if it goes below its current 0.8.

  • Harvey

They need another procedural for the hour; probably 2-3 options in case something fails. This is where CBS is fortunate. They have so many procedurals that they can fill a hole with CSI, NCIS, or Crim Minds.

I would revive the mystery wheel, but on ABC and do a series of shows (2-3 each). One with Body of Proof (so people can shut up), a revision of a classic show (a new Hart to Hart), and a pair of new concepts. Whichever performs best, I would turn it into a new show.

    @ nathan

shut up! revenge has NOTHING to do with this post. people like you make god kill kittens.

  • AllOfHerTw!st

Is it too late to bring back Hardcastle and McCormick?

  • Dan

@Nathan – yeah Revenge pulled a 1.6 against Walking Dead, football, baseball. Heavy competition. Ppl would rather DVR revenge. It’s not priority viewing

  • Dan

Scandal repeats won’t air Sunday at 10, Betrayal will finish its order. It just needs to make it through Sweeps and December

  • SVU: Hannibal

    Alecia

They have Killer Women coming midseason, which is basically Tricia Helfer (Caprica 6 from the modern Battlestar Galactica) as a Texas Ranger kicking ass and taking names.

  • harry

people mentioning revenge , revenge was against 8.2 from the walking dead…
if only abc had kept revenge on wednesdays where it belonged…

  • harry

even Desperate Housewives 2 years ago,one of abcs greatest hits back in the day was struggling with low 2s on its last season at this timeslot + it hit a series low of 1.8 …
