Sunday's The Walking Dead episode dropped from the ginormous premiere ratings last week to a still gigantic 13.9 million viewers and a 7.1 adults 18-49 rating. Still, your predictions were a little optimistic.

  • Dillan

Quite a drop, but still amazing numbers.

  • Christian

    Yay I was close with a 6.9!

  • Seth

This show is kind of popular me thinks.

  • Robin

It lost over one rating points. FLOOOOP

  • k:Alex

    I expected a mid 7.s, but still, it’s a monster hit.

  • don

I was wrong I voted 8.2 but its a great show not boring great action

  • Matt

Last nights episode had me at the edge of my seat pretty much the entire episode… great episode

  • Caitlyn

    7.1-7.2! I guessed right! 7.0 next week I think.

  • Reprise

It’ll go up when David Morrissey makes his appearance.

  • Carl

I’m surprised that so many people thought it would equal last week. Between the football and the usual premiere burnoff, that wasn’t happening. I guess some might have been bored with the premiere too, although I enjoyed it. Hopefully they won’t keep dropping, as this was a great episode and looks to be a good season.

  • Derek

The premiere was not the best, so I expected a drop. I believe it will be back up a little next week as last night’s episode was great!

  • Jeff (Canada)

Wow, only a 7.1 rating? The Cancellation Bear is getting hungry!

  • John A

I knew it would drop alot. It should stay at a 6.0+ for the season.

  • Ramon

Only 13.9 million viewers? Time to cancel TWD.

  • Scandalfan

Darn no surprise there, i predicted it

  • Reprise

    @Only 13.9 million viewers

They goofed with the decimal place and meant to put 139 million ;)

  • Ekras

Ok guys – we all know they can obviously put anything in that slot and get those numbers, so let’s cancel this and put on a new reality show instead. Who’s with me?

  • BrieK

I voted <7.1 and I expected a 6.5. I'm not complaining, though! I do expect it to stabilize in the mid 6 range which would still make this the biggest season yet.

  • Carl

The sad part is considering the general comments section here I can’t tell how many of these are even jokes.

  • Shepherd

Only a 13.4% drop. Not bad; not bad at all.
