Once Upon a Time has had a rough couple weeks. Last week, it came within a tenth of tying its series low 2.0 adults 18-49 rating. With the World Series adding to the already considerable  competition tonight, will the  series fall to a new low?  Make your guesses below and let us know your thoughts in the comments!

    2.0 will remain stable

The 4th episode was much better than the previous 3, I think it should level off around 2.0

I think it’s conceivable that Once Upon a Time hits a new low tonight, but baseball won’t be the reason. I don’t understand why, after years and years of maintaining that sports programming has no effect on scripted programming, the authors of this website are suddenly claiming otherwise. Is it just for the clicks?

Anyway, I think Once Upon a Time gets a 1.9 (new series low), Revenge rises two tenths (to a 1.7), since they have quite a big episode tonight and I can’t imagine it falling yet again this early in the season.

    should be steady

big episode tonight (the kiss and little mermaid next week)

  • Holly

We know regularly scheduled sports don’t have much, if any, affect, but does the same hold true of special events (not including the SuperBowl of course)? I honestly can’t remember.

It should be a poll about how The Good Wife will be performing tonight. They have a big episode, critics are buzzing about it and CBS has been promoting a lot in the last few weeks.

  • Midnight

I hope it holds steady or rises. Tonight’s Captain Hook-focused episode is somewhat highly anticipated for the kiss. Next week will be the real test though, when Ariel makes her first appearance.

  • Duarte

It will not cross above 2.1

  • Dan S

I say 1.8-1.9 for tonight. The WS shouldn’t be a huge factor but it’s still going to fall.

  • Nasir

It’s sad how much this show has fallen.

  • NBC Fan

    Once Upon a Time-2.1

    The Amazing Race-2.0

    The Mentalist-1.5

    World Series-4.7

    Sunday Night Football-8.5

    The Walking Dead-7.0

what time does the world series come at?

  • HalCapone

I think Once Upon receives generous DVR playback so if the live ratings dip due to the World Series, I imagine its DVR ratings will increase. Talk about the little family show that has faced considerable odds since its premier. Now that Sunday afternoon football overruns seemingly occur with the precision of a Swiss watch, especially this season, I would say the show is doing remarkably well. So what if it touches a new low this evening. I believe Once Upon A Time continues to do very well in $100,000+ income segment within the 18-49 demo–they have to shill those Lexus vehicles somewhere:)

My guess will be somewhere in the range of 1.9 to 2.4

    the walking dead: 6.8

    World Series-5.4

    Sunday Night Football-6.7

I don’t know how much the World Series will affect the ABC lineup, but I am certain the Animation Domination block is severely impacted by baseball.

  • Lucas

    REVENGE 1.5
    BETRAYAL 0.8
