NFL Game Day Morning

via press release:

THE RYAN BROTHERS: REX AND ROB FEATURED ON ‘NFL GAMEDAY MORNING’

A Retrospective on Their Playing Days at Southwest Oklahoma State

NFL GameDay Morning at 9:00 AM ET Sunday

Part of NFL GameDay Morning which begins Sunday at 9:00 AM ET, NFL Network travels to Oklahoma to investigate New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan and New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan’s collegiate history prior to the Saints-Jets matchup. The Ryan brothers attended and held roster spots on the Southwest Oklahoma State football team in the mid-1980; however, as NFL Network discovered, their success wearing headsets supersedes their success wearing helmets.
Through interviews with Rex and Rob’s college head coach Bob Mazie, offensive coordinator Woody Roof, teammate Jon Don Litsch, and good friend Steve Guthrie, NFL Network learns how the sons of former NFL coach Buddy Ryan ended up in Weatherford, OK and more precisely their roles on the team.

The retrospective will have exclusive photos from the twin brothers’ younger years.
