@Truth – Isn’t that awesome. 9 seasons in and going strong!

  • Leigh

Why are the ratings for The Vampire Diaries so low? I thought that when they paired her with Damon that might make the ratings go up, not down.

  • Jay

    Bad week for The cw
    Mondays are dead
    Tuesdays were ok this week
    Wednesday and Thursday hit lows
    Friday is TCD

  • Jenna

Elementary just needs to bide its time. I think that this time, next year it will overtake Scandal in the ratings again. Scandal relies on shock value and twists to sustain interest but that is just unsustainable.

NBC is at the point where SVU repeats would get better ratings from 9-10pm than SSTW and MJFS!

Also Community would be getting 1.5+ if it was scheduled in the 9pm hour versus the 8pm hour.

Series low for TVD and overall, weak night for the C-Dub.
Last year, Arrow scored a 1.0 rtg on Wednesday, October 31 while SPN had a 0.8 rtg I believe.
Still happy for the adjustment considering Halloween. :)

The Millers is so coattails driven that when it’s pimp, Big Bang (repeat, no less) adjusts up one tenth, The Millers follows suit. CBS sure gets a lotta Bang for the buck

  • CBSviewer

Yeah Supernatural is #1 this week :)

  • Laina

Okay, I’m a Supernatural fan too (and not a TVD fan) but let’s not rub it in the faces of TVD fans that SPN won the week. Like others have said there were special circumstances this week. We’ll have to wait until next week to see how the Wed. and Thurs. shows do. Plus, the promo for SPN looks terrible for next week so I expect a drop in SPN live ratings.

Bragging about how SPN did this week will only come back to haunt you later. Plus it just continues to give the SPN fandom a bad name.

  • Charmed

Really hope this is just a blip for TVD and it doesn’t do a 90210

  • Revenger

Noooooooooooo TVD series low… Is it bad that this actually made me cry???

  • Shepherd

It was such a tough week for the CW, that Reign and TTP come out looking pretty good.

ABC’s declines seem to about par with Halloween’s -8% while CBS saw declines at more than twice that. Still not terrible considering they led the night with a Bang repeat. Ele’s ratings were steady at least.

I’m still flabbergasted that the SNL special did so well; I guess TVD just couldn’t handle the competition.

    Nooo vampire diaries noooooo

  • david

The CW should have ran repeats or a movie last night because TVD droped alot. The first time its below a 1.0.

  • Sarah

LOL TVD beat The X Factor. :) Yes, I know it was a Clip Show, but stll…

  • Jay

Reign and the Tommorow people weren’t so hot this
Week in live viewers but it maintained 0.6 I think if they stabalize around a 0.6 both will be renewed

  • John A

How did TVD go down 4 tenths in a week? Scandal was steady so is Halloween really the excuse.

  • Vanessa S.

Good God, are SPN fans not allowed to celebrate being number one at all? If we do, we get lectured. No one is being mean about it. So, yay SPN was the CWs number one show this week. Who cares if it was “special circumstances”.

  • joy

Supernatural fans, gloat while u can, next week is coming soon.you guys are really something!! your show neither faced halloween nor the world game series,so get off your high horse!!Geez!!
