Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

I just watched Mentalist online, couldn’t wait a week lol. It was really good.

  • HeadlessHorseman

Even the Neighbors is doing better than Betrayal. But will ABC wait until it’s finished airing all its episodes to cancel it?

  • rob60990

lmao at the over exaggeration for The Good Wife’s rating. It will go back down to a 1.2 rating when there is no football overrun.

  • NJeagle766

I gave The Good Wife a try for the first time last night, just to see what was garnering all the raves on this board. I was gone after ten minutes. Watchable, certainly, but far below what the fans are making it out to be. Not close to the standards set by Homeland, Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, etc., etc.

I see comments about pairing Revenge and Scandal. Scandal is a 10 show. They can’t air it earlier. Not all their episodes are 10:00 but some are. I don’t watch Grey’s. Can it air earlier than 9? I don’t know about their adult content. I can’t help but think Nashville might benefit from a drama pairing. I don’t know what would go well with it. Betrayal and Revenge come to mind as possibilities.

I watched Betrayal and last night’s ep was actually good. Not good enough to save it. But, it was good. I will watch it until it ends, I think.

I guess most kids like the Raunchy Fox Cartoons more than the G rated Once Upon A time.

Betrayal is still a dead show walking, but with its anemic ratings actually going up a bit, it will be allowed to air all of its scheduled episodes. But don’t expect a back nine.

I remember back in the 80’s when ABC aired Sledge Hammer against The Cosby Show and nearly killed it after three episodes. The bosses at ABC must have loved the show’s humor, because they aired it on Friday nights at 8:00 pm and they nearly cancelled it after a full season because it was only drawing 18 million viewers. Boy how times have changed.

    ABC’s ratings ? really?

    @ Parker Wyeth

Michelle & Robert King, the husband/wife writers of THE GOOD WIFE have stated that the Kalinda/husband storyline in S04 was a mistake & “there was an intensity this year to make up for that.”

“There’s a lot of bombs still to explode this year.”

The show is going to become more serialized & the 100th episode (to air 12/1) already has stellar advances on it.
I’m watching the last 4 episodes of TGW including last nights.. All I can say is Amazing.. I agree that kalinda/peter relationship storyline sure did mess up the chemistry with kalinda and Alicia storyline. It does seem like its a lot more serialized than it ever was before..

Great night for Sunday broadcast ratings! Revenge’s highest ratings in 3-4 weeks, The Good Wife at a high, and OUAT up a tenth. Good, good night for all! Let’s hope the finals don’t change things too much.

  • Toshi

I love THE GOOD WIFE !

  • Michael

Betrayl is dead. A 0.1 rise will not change anything.

Other than that, it was a typical Sunday.
Better ratings for Revenge/Good Wife will keep the bear watching,
    instead of preying for now.

  • Bumfuzzled

I like Betrayal but the chemistry with Hannah Ware and Stuart Townsend has been slow to develop.

Last night the affair was finally being revealed. I hope if it is cancelled ABC wraps it up rather than just killing it.

  • Dig

Revenge was good last night, love the show, Ems so evil now, and i like that very much :D

  • David

Emily is awesome, shes hot XD gosh, i love her

  • Britney

  • Bitch

    well, Revenge isn’t dead

  • Jeffk

Please Revenge don’t adjust down. That episode was incredibly good. The flow was classic season 1. LOVE

  • Paul

Please someone kill off WORST actor EVER who plays Neal on OUAT – absolutely ruins the show. And enough of this Pan storyline. Move it along – it SUCKS!

  • Honey

i love Patrick, hes so hot :D, Revenge is better and better, just like ss1
