NOTE: Last night’s Monday Night Football game (Chicago at Green Bay) was simulcast on the ABC affiliate in Green Bay. As a result, ABC  numbers may be inflated  and subject to more than typical adjustments in the finals. Also, there were some 10-11 p.m. news preemptions in the New York market on several stations.

NBC was number one in Adults 18-49 while ABC was on top with total viewers.

On FOX, Bones returned to a 2.0, down two tenths from its last original's 2.2 adults 18-49 rating. Sleepy Hollow returned to a series low 2.5, down two tenths from its last original's 2.7 adults 18-49 rating. Your predictions were too optimistic.

On CBS, How I Met Your Mother earned a 3.4, up four tenths from last week's 3.0 adults 18-49 rating and the series' best ratings since its premiere.  2 Broke Girls scored a 2.6, down a tenth from last week's 2.7 adults 18-49 rating. The season premiere of Mike and Molly earned a 2.6, down from last year's 3.1 premiere rating but up from the 1.9 that last season's finale earned. Mom garnered a 2.0,down a tenth  from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. Hostages notched a series low tying 1.1 from last week's 1.2 adults 18-49 rating.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

The Blacklist is still doing good

  • Carl

Sleepy Hollow is still doing very well but there’s getting to be so much hype about it, which makes the show seem a little bit too good, when it’s really just a good show that still needs improvement. I think the show isn’t sure what it wants to be and the ratings are starting to reflect that.

  • Michael

    Sleepy Hollow :(

  • romo

    Big MNF game.

  • Phil

Sleepy Hollow will be cancelled after or during season 2

  • Mike

Well, I am not surprised HIMYM went up.

  • k:Alex

    The Blacklist was great again.
You want more action, the next episode has more action.
You want a psycho, the next episode has a psycho.
Last week I wanted to know more about Reddington, this episode said more about him.

I hope it will stay at this level because I want way more of it.

  • Macy

    Yes!! Castle.

  • Sam

    Castle!

  • Ryan T

Here comes HOW I MET YOUR FATHER…

  • rob60990

So happy that NBC’s shining star The Voice is tanking. Can’t hide behind this show foreven NBC. :D

Cher did nothing but make DWTS skew even older.

Nice for HIMYM but horrific 2 Broke Girls could not capitalize on it to help the rest of the night.

Sleepy Hollow keeps on tanking. I’m sure the fanboys will blame the break.

  • steven

Will Sleepy Hollow EVER go up again?

  • tommie

Dear Lord, Beauty & The Beast could possibly even adjust down.

Can’t CW just cancel this mess already?

  • Me

Dammit CW! Get rid of B&TB already! That loser is making TCD look like a hit. Anyway, good for HIMYM. I’m enjoying this season and laughing more than I used to! :)

  • Randy

9 seasons in and How I met your mother is the #1 scripted TV show on Monday night :)

  • Michael

Fox shows always return to series lies after the word series hiatus

  • Bee

omg. if that rating sticks, go castle! is that a season high? any reason why?

and wow. the voice tanked hard from last week. and this really shows that the blacklist has its own audience, falling only 0.2 while its lead-in fell 0.7.

  • casey

Improvement for CBS comedies (for the most part).
Huge fall for the Voice, guess it proves that ppl prefer the blind auditions.
Blacklist and Sleepy Hollow still preforming well!

  • A

read the disclaimer….ABC’s numbers are inflated. castle will probably adjust down to a 2.0-2.1
