NOTE: Last night’s Monday Night Football game (Chicago at Green Bay) was simulcast on the ABC affiliate in Green Bay. NBC was number one in Adults 18-49 while ABC was on top with total viewers.

On CBS, How I Met Your Mother earned a 3.4, up four tenths from last week's 3.0 adults 18-49 rating and the series' best ratings since its premiere.  2 Broke Girls scored a 2.6, down a tenth from last week's 2.7 adults 18-49 rating. The season premiere of Mike and Molly earned a 2.6, down from last year's 3.1 premiere rating but up from the 1.9 that last season's finale earned. Mom garnered a 2.0,down a tenth  from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. Hostages notched a series low tying 1.1 from last week's 1.2 adults 18-49 rating.

On ABC,  Dancing With the Stars matched last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. Castle notched  a 2.4, up three tenths from last week's 2.1  adults 18-49 rating.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

M&M did better than I thought it would. sad Mom couldn’t benefit from it

  • Edward

Let’s see how many people ignore Castle’s rating inflation due to the football game.

  • Max

    Bones beat SH wtf?

  • Eric

    The Voice is doing terrible

  • Nik

Blacklist experienced some issues during the second half in the NY tri state area due to the shooter in NJ. I’m better a lot of folks changed their channels — the whole last 10 mins was cut off.

Sucks about Sleepy Hollow, the ep was AWESOME.

  • eridapo

So the MNF game will likely cause a 3 tenths adjustment to the ABC results…

  • nerv

Castle and HIMYM were the night’s big gainers. Good shows!

  • LoopyZach

  • Rick

    Can BATB hit a .1?

  • Bored Now

Shame about The Blacklist but it’s adjusted up often enough so I’m expected at least a 3.0. The Voice is a singing competition, thus I don’t care…

Sleepy Hollow doing okay but it needs to level off and soon.

CW Mondays still low but steady. Whether you see that as a good thing or a bad thing depends on your love of The Carrie Diaries I guess.

  • Lulla

I don’t really get why “Mom” is not improving ratings-wise. I mean, it’s really good and certainly good enough by CBS standarts…Plus, it’s on the right spot. Well, maybe people will finally get it.

  • TahaTheKid

The Blacklist is performing in Live+3 days :D with more that 4 millions views every week, it shows that this drama is very strong even if it goes down sometimes.
Mike&Molly has the best rating among CBS shows.
    Sleepy Hollow down … WHYY ?? :(

  • Ronak

Castle closing the demo gap on The Blacklist, interesting. What is the highest Castle has ever scored in the demo?

Of course, the decline of The Voice is having its impact on The Blacklist too.

  • Sarah

I’m a bit bummed that Bones went down that much, but considering they barely promoted it (i.e. not putting the promo out until Thursday) a 2.0 isn’t that bad. But hopefully it will be adjusted up.

  • Louis

HIMYM is having crazy good ratings this season.

  • Sammy01

Judging by those half hours that have been posted, how did Dancing with the stars end up ahead of Bones?

Can only assume Bones will adjust up and Dancing down in finals.

  • Cyrax86

CBS Mondays will be in trouble without HIMYM.

  • Kissan

For everybody who wants to know why The Blacklist’s ratings went down, last night in the east coast live coverage of the NJ mall shootout was on from 10:15 until 10:40 which interrupted The Blacklist.

  • Krystaaal

Shame Mom gained viewers but dropped in the demo :/ Beauty and the Beast is not getting a 3rd season for sure!

  • RJ

Hey Kevin, you should probably thank Marc Berman if you’re going to post his numbers.
