I think noone really expects a demo of 2.0 or higher for H50 on a Friday night. But we can dream, can’t we? ;) And noone really “cheers” about the current demo it gets. We all know it’s not the brightest star in demo-heaven, but definitely also not the one to disappear in a black hole like some predicted. Most people are simply happy that it’s around and they’re able to watch their favorite show.

Aside from the fact that Friday is the “death slot” for most shows if they are moved there during the season, not at the beginning, it certainly could be cancelled after the next season. So what? Most viewers would be sad, yes, but it had 5 seasons, which is more than you can say about many other shows (not only aired on Fridays).

Oh, I forgot to mention: I know about the relation between syndication and getting a 5th season. Some of you posted it over and over. So please resist the urge and refrain from posting it again. ;)

I seriously hope they KEEP the Dracula show – I love it! JRM has Incredible energy & presence, and the twists on the original story are refreshing. Beautiful sets, sexy actors, good plot so far. If anything, kill Sleepy Hollow or other stupid shows like Master Chef & Shark-Tank.

I love Dracula and that I can go back and watch the whole episode should I miss something or just want to rewatch it. It may have had a slow start but that’s only natural when you start a new series or even when reading a new book. You have to learn the characters and see their back stories. I would hope that NBC would give viewers at least one more season of this show. Look at the FB pages for Jonathan Rhys Meyers or Victoria Smurfit. People love the show, mainly women as JRM can take our breathe away. Victoria Smurfit’s character Lady Jane is a vampire hunter, who is really good at what she does and has excellent form when using a sword.
