    In a nod to their target audience, CBS is reportedly reworking their planned How I Met Your Father spinoff. It will now be called How I Met Your Grandmother. How sweet.

    i would like to know, if anybody knows, how DWTS was rated in 18-49 in it’s peak season. Just curious. I’ve heard it was a monster.

  • Sarah

    @eridapo

    Where did you get the A25-54 demo info? I’m wondering because I’ve been trying to find it for Bones and haven’t been able too.

  • j

    DWTS’ peak season: 5.67, Fall 06.
    I dunno if that’s a “monster,” really.

  • LynTX

    Love Sleepy Hollow and “The Blacklist”!! Both have great writing and acting!

  • Bright

    Thanks so much @j

    Well that would be huge this days, but in ’06 it might be just fine right?
    Interesting how things change so quickly.

    If next year they change it to Sunday and they get a 2.0, I think they’d be even pleased.

  • Bright

    I thought it might have rated bit higher though, like 7.0 or something. It skews really really old.

    Go POI! [tonight]

    Are they really gonna kill off Fusco like it seems in the previews?

  • SnerkyOne

    @AllOfHerTw!st

    “Body Of..Poof”

    Ironically, I might actually watch something called Body of Poof… :)

    @sarah

    The data is made available by Sonofthebronx… He posts it on Marc Berman’s site or on his site…

    Here is the A25-54 for Bones;

    9/16/2013 2.7/7
    9/23/2013 2.3/6
    9/30/2013 2.7/7
    10/7/2013 2.5/6
    10/14/2013 2.4/6
    10/21/2013 2.6/7
    11/4/2013 2.4/6
    11/11/2013 2.6/6

    Castle just keeps on keeping on.

  • Kissan

    Yay for Sleepy Hollow getting adjusted up. HOD’s season high was a 0.4 and 1.11 million viewers:) I wonder what happened to HOD this year. Wasn’t it getting a 0.6 last year against NCIS, DWTS and The Voice? Anyways great job for The Blacklist! Maybe it should move to Wednesdays or Thursdays next season and be on at 9:00 so it can be an anchor. I think it could do 2.3-2.5 without The Voice. CBS Mondays are gonna be in trouble next season. TBBT should move to Mondays at 9:00 next season and move 2BG to 8 with Mom at 8:30 with a new show after TBBT. M&M should move to Thursdays next season. I want DWTS to move to Sundays and OUAT and Revenge to move to Mondays.

  • Kev

    Yikes, I love CW but their Monday’s are absolutely terrible. HOD should be moved to Fridays next year, this season is horrible so far and the ratings show.

  • It’s funny

    @Ronak
    “I’m pretty sure I remember a 1.9 for DWTS and a 2.2 for Castle at some point this season.

    That said, Castle now consistently outrates its lead in, and it has DVR numbers similar to TB as well.

    Not sure what ABC can do about Mondays, but how far does DWTS have to fall to be untenable?”

    That’s right. I can’t remember when, but now I remember what you mean. DWTS has become a dismal player in the game. The question is, can ABC afford to get rid of it? I’m not sure a Shark Tank/Castle combo would work any better.

  • anon

    @Kissan I know that last year HOD aired on Tuesdays, while this yr its Mondays (although I think it also aired on Monday during its S1, in 2011-12), so maybe that makes a difference ratings-wise S3 vs S2., though who knows?

  • Sarah

    @eridapo

    Okay, thanks. :)

  • Paulo PT

    Ok, NBC must keep The Blacklist after TV in Spring. After the first season with this ratings they could move to another night (tuesdays or wednesdays) as a anchor show.

  • Networkman

    CBS: It is funny how HIMYM starts with a 3.1 and then each comedy that follows loses .4 demo from the comedy that preceded it. But as the night went along 2 Broke Girls increased in viewers from HIMYM and then Mike & Molly ended up garnering the most viewers of the night. MOM drops to many viewers from Mike & Molly. It is the weak link. It should be able to garner at least close to 8 million viewers.

  • Amy

    More SH criticism: Don’t they need a witch living in modern times to help them defeat the horseman? So far we know bullets won’t stop him.

  • Rebecca

    @Amy
    I got a kick out of last night’s SH episode – (SPOILER ahead for others) The Headless Horseman going into the lab firing a machine gun (or whatever, semi/automatic, I don’t know much about guns but that looked funny). And Ichabod realizing the horseman’s skull needs to be destroyed, not just hidden (my hubby said that while watching the pilot episode; he hasn’t watched the show since…I have seen it all thus far because I like it). But the whole thing was worth watching, to me, even if just for the funny Ichabod-learns-to-use-internet scenes. And being aghast about paying for water. And he’s still dressed like someone from Duran Duran.

    ———
    Please tell me there isn’t really going to be a HIMYM spinoff? I have seen all of HIMYM (from what has aired, of course), and I like the show, but a spinoff? Not necessary. Of course, it could be called Have You Met Ted?.
