those are good numbers for the good wife. up is good. up works.

    @Robert

With 60 Minutes and Amazing Race airing before The Good Wife, it’s safe to assume they got that 1.7 on their own. The Good Wife was 2 hours after football so I don’t think the numbers were skewed for it. Maybe for 60 Minutes.

  • Seth

Still a 100% chance of Revenge being renewed.

  • Candy

Those comments questioning Scandal’s longevity while praising seem even more laughable than under normal circumstances.

  • Candy

    *while praising Revenge*

  • Travis

In all honesty, if ABC wants Revenge to have one more season what would be the harm in moving it to another time slot? Maybe experiment. If the ratings are in this area or dip even more, then ok, they tried it and they got their syndication number anyway. If it would happen to go up then wow maybe another season?

  • Ryan

So sad about Revenge. That second season really killed the show. Happy for TGW though.

  • JaneDoe24

    Yikes

  • Doug

I love both Scandal and Revenge. I question Scandal’s longevity because it burns through storylines at a dizzying pace. It’s really fun to watch, but it’s going to burn out sooner rather than later.

Very disappointing for Revenge. It put itself back together this season after a dismal second.

  • Dan S

I never thought Revenge would fall so low. 3rd season or not this could be curtains. How marketable can a low rated serial drama get in syndication ?

  • JR35

OUAT dipped blow 7m viewers for the first time- at least it hasn’t dipped below a 2.0 demo- yet.

  • Matt M.

Revenge needs to rise, and ONCE does too. Quickly.

  • JaneDoe24

I disagree. Revenge is soley focused on Emily’s revenge against the Greysons. How much longer can that sl drag on? I like the show but last season really set it back with the initiative sl.

  • Michael

Candy, I could not agree more. They are totally independent, except they are both dramas on ABC. I don’t watch Revenge but still feel sorry for the fans. I love Scandal and find it silly that some POI, Elementary, and Revenge fans have the audacity to put down a thriving, Emmy-nominated show.

  • Bradley

It’s time for ABC to consider all new programming on Sunday nights. Move OUAT to Tuesdays at 10PM and get rid of Revenge.

    Disclaimer:
I have nothing against Revenge, but it isn’t doing well enough to warrant another season, especially since ABC used to own Sunday nights in the scripted area.

  • Mark Drei

Series low for Revenge. Post revival series low for Family Guy. American Dad! tied it’s series low. And The Simpsons are a tenth above their series low (which was interrupted for the President’s speech, so I dunno if it should count).

    Ouch all around.

  • JaneDoe24

I agree with Candy and Michael.

  • Steph

    Revenge :(

  • HB

    HORRENDOUS FOR REVENGE!

Syndication is not saving this one!

  • Michael

Doug, Shonda has indicated that she does have an end in mind for Scandal. I am bracing myself and am enjoying the ride while it lasts.
