And that is why SFN and BiTG are being canceled.

  • omabin

Revolution is doing about 82% of NBC’s drama average and about 78% of NBC’s overall average.

  • omabin

I meant it the other way around, sorry: it should red 82% of NBC’s overall average and 78% of NBC’s drama average.

  • Flame

@omabin: …which is more or less borderline between renewal and cancellation.

I dunno where TVbtN draws the line, if 90% or 80%.

  • Michael1

And, “The Middle” officially passes “Super Fun Night” on the bear’s renew/cancel index.

  • Hugo

Congratulations to the CW who has now 4 successful shows (TVD, The Originals, Supernatural and Arrow) that can actually compete with what airs on the big four.

  • Hugo

Back in the Game shouldn’t have been cancelled over Trophy Wife and Super Fun Night, the ratings are decent.

  • anna g

Great numbers for Arrow – I can’t remember when it recently had 1.2 demo. CSI ticked upward as well.

  • brenna

So great for Arrow! The best show on CW and one of the best on any network!

  • omabin

Back in The Game was not produced by ABC, Trophy Wife is.

  • Duarte

Arrow is #2 show of CW

  • Brandon

So at this point, Arrow is a lock for season 3…which of course basically means a season 4 as well.

Although never recognized with awards the true star of that show is Ty Burrell.

What are you talking about? Ty Burrell won an Emmy award for that role in 2011 and he has been nominate a total of four times.

  • Michael1

The real crime is that Kunal Nayar has been playing the same character as Burrel for 6 seasons on “The Big Bang Theory”, and has never received even a sniff of a nomination.

  • Jon

@purple…I stand corrected. I did not remember ty winning one.

  • Janus

Stupid for anyone to think Revolution’s rating are bad for NBC…at worse it’s a bubble show right now.

  • Alex J

Revolution has the best overall ratings for NBC in the Wednesday Night 8pm timeslot since Undercovers in 2010 and May Name is Earl in 2008. Both averaged over 6 million viewers. Revolution is averaging 5.4 well above any other show that had that timeslot.

NBC needs to stay calm and rebuild it’s programing. I see Revolution passing up X-Factor by the end of the season in Demo and Overall.

I agree with most of your thoughts about Modern Family. However The Middle can be “stagnate” as well. It may seem as though The Middle’s audience is growing but that because it starting this season so low. However I believe historically The Middle’s ratings have hit season highs in the winter versus the fall

Some people just can’t wait to throw a wet blanket on any sort of positive news for Revoultion.

  • LM

So happy about Revolution….I love this show, this season has been the best.
