.

NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Definitions:

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Suggestions for what FOX should do? I don’t have any considering how packed their Winter schedule is…

  • Brad

Carrie beat Beast in Demo AND Viewers.

    Hahahahahahahahaahahahaha

  • TJ

Yay, Grimm! Awww, Raising Hope. :(

  • Oliver

    Welp, Bones is dead.

    Carrie Diaries refuses to die.

  • Brandy

  • FringeFan

I was right about Raising Hope! It’s DEAD! In two weeks it will be down to a .4!

  • Robin

wow the CW actually had a good week even though tcd may adjust down

  • Eric

LMAO @ America’s Next Top Model!!!

  • Ed B

    TCD will adjust down.

  • Dillan

YES TCD! I think The CW will renew it for a 3rd season, it’s doing well for Fridays.

  • Mi

Dammit FOX. They still have time to switch Glee and Bones and I hope they do it soon. Bones will do much better on a week day.

    Glad to see Grimm up.

  • Sarah

Bones no!! :( Fox killed it!! No season 10 now. I want to cry! :(

  • CrimTV

    @Ed B

    TCD will adjust down.

Sorry wasn’t aware that you were a psychic!

  • Rissa310

Wow, I feel bad for Bones….it was a pretty good episode last night too! Fox totally screwed them!

  • Sammy01

Cheers Fox for killing the one stable show you have that I love.

Bones didn’t deserve this when the comedies, X factor and Glee are pulling the terrible numbers they are on other nights.

  • Helen

FOX ruined such great ratings for Bones. It was holding up competition on Monday nights with 2.1, 2.0. Thanks FOX.

  • Taylor

I’m so glad that Grimm’s ratings for last night’s episode were up from the previous episode. I for one thought that last night’s episode was great. :)

  • CrimTV

    @Mi

Dammit FOX. They still have time to switch Glee and Bones and I hope they do it soon. Bones will do much better on a week day.

Yes but Glee would do a lot worse than a 1.2 on a Friday!

  • Valentin

    GREAT FOR THE CARRIE DIARIES!

  • EDC

Way to go, Fox. First you botch the promotion for the Friday move for Bones, literally changing the schedule (AGAIN) the night you aired a promo for the old Friday schedule during their wedding episode. Now, you barely promote this move at all, and do it randomly in the middle of November sweeps.

I mean, gee, it’s not like Bones was the only other non-animated show on Fox to get a 2.0 other than Sleepy Hollow or anything…

Bones only has 2 or 3 more episodes in 2013. Considering Masked Scheduler said “Bones moves to Fridays FOR NOW” on Twitter earlier this week, I can only assume Bones will get yet another damn move in January. And knowing Fox, another move in March.
