@miles – Exactly. Hyped and did not deliver anything that actually tied into the movie. It was far too convenient for two Asgardian events taking place on Earth for them to not be connected. Peter McNicol was great as usual, but miscast (badly). Not posting any spoilers.

I would not be surprised to see AoS drop to a 2.0 next week.

    @The Old Man

What’s “New Girls.” Is that something she’s coming out with next?

She did bring her A game in acting, and it showed.

First, I hope ppl don’t spoil the ending of POI! It was breath-taking! Yes, there will always be a whole with the loss of (insert death of character here), but there is so much more the show has to explore that they will never run out of good ideas! I am looking for to what is to come for POI as I hope all the LOYAL fans are as well :)

Watch Blaine live. Amazing like all of his specials.
Not trying to show off, but I knew this special would score big.
It’s been a long time since viewers caught his act on ABC, so they like me were super excited.
In addition the real celebrities (ABC should book them for DWTS!!) only helped Blaine lure more viewers.
Someone mentioned that Blaine should be a weekly show. Wont work, because his dangerous stunts take too long to prepare and his card tricks would get old fast. Seasonal specials perhaps. To my knowledge its been a long time since Blaine was on ABC primetime.

No, my reference is she’s one of the new actresses (ie) 18-35 or 18-49 Demo! I’m only four years younger than Jessica Lange so I was 20 something when she broke & she’s been on the big screen now for 40 years, longer than anyone in the 18-35 has been alive!

  • Fred

    correction, I watched Blaine live.

Loyalty has to be earned. And tptb are bankrupt in that department with quite few people now.

For anyone who wants to know
It wasn’t Fusco. It was worse.

    POI deserves better ratings.

    @ The Old Man

Oh, I see. Well I agree. She was one of my favorite actresses on television and now… I’ve still got Sleepy Hollow for now and Game of Thrones in the Spring. I like Jessica Lang too, but I haven’t seen her in something for a long time.

  • Scott

A nice, healthy number for The Voice.

  • Mike

True with the loyalty but if you think about it, there is still Vigilance, Ma’am, Reese’s background, and so much more. If they can’t execute quality television out of this stuff, then they truly don’t deserve to be on television. That being said, I can’t imagine that will happen with such talented writers/actors producers. Hoping for at least 2-3+ more seasons.

    @ Fred

Blaine shouldn’t be a weekly show, but maybe a made-for-TV special on Sun nights from 9-11:00. I think ABC should bring back Made-for-TV movies/specials & air after OUAT. Have all those OUAT arcs (Alice, Little Mermaid, Pan) run as movies & have specials by all Disney singers/performers to counter balance the 36, not 22 weeks.

For the record, I predicted last year idol will be below 2 in the spring…Check the tape.

Mindy, it was a nice run – don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Not invested in Shield – I haven’t seen a single episode but may reconsider. For those that are fans and watching, what’s most appealing to you about the show?

  • Kimberly

I was so hoping TMP would adjust up :(

I’ll continue to pray that Rupert Murdoch’s grandchildren love the show and make grandpa keep the show on.

  • kingleonidas04

I predict 1.9 or 2.0 next week for SHIELD without the misleading Thor tie-in. SHIELD prob got that 2.4 from people expecting a cameo at the end. Advertisers have to be worried now. Only up to 2.4 even with the #1 movie in the world tie-n. Not good at all.

    @ iHeartJoss

You haven’t seen Jessia Lange in AHS? She’s truly outstanding in Coven this year & has either won or been nominatated for Golden Globes, Emmy etc for the previous two seasons. An Emmy nod this year is a given, as well as strong shots for Kathy Bates & Angela Basset.

I wouldn’t be surprised if AHS: Coven walks away with 20 Emmy nods this year, topping last year’s 17 noms.

  • Mark3

    David blaine was awsome!!!

You haven’t seen Jessica Lange (SORRY)

  • Kenny

The Goldbergs were GREAT,,,Hey FOX…MOVE Raising Hope BACK to Tuesday nights!!!

Does this mean NBC has beaten CBS after the adjustments?

    I’m surprised about David Blaine!
