I love watching General Hospital everyday, but there is something extra special about the show lately and I’m glad to see it reflected in the ratings.

  • DexterNY

Days is the best show on right now. It is a shame the two best shows, Days and B & B are on in the same time slot. Both have exceptional production values these days. CONGRATULATIONS Days!

  • Tim

DAYS was awesome last week and for the last two months i have to say,but its all down hill this week, its so boring now….its will fall big time next week, sorry to say…I have been watching it for almost 40 years…Keep up the good work DAYS…hopefully it doesn’t fall to bad next week…Tim

  • Shawn

LOVING GH!!! Kimberly McCullough deserves the airtime she is getting!

  • robert

It’s good to see all the soaps up from last year. Days was awesome last week. It’s a shame Days and B&B are on in the same timeslot where I live.

  • Tim

Oh yeah i throught Kim & Shane were gonna be back for good, but that lasted for 3 days there visit…very sad….i guess John Black is back aswell, that won’t help to much….As far as people being turned off by the Gay relationship i think its sad in this world….There are alot of Gay people in the world and this is 2013,not the 1940’s…lol….Hopefully a great story line is coming up for the next few months on DAYS….Bringing back old people is always good, but really does nothing for the ratings, unless they get a great story line…Tim

  • Stephen Judson

These ratings are just beautiful to look at. I really hope GH and Days can just stay like that and continue to grow from there.

  • Sparrow

All the stories on Days are pretty boring now that Kristen’s story wrapped up last week…hopefully it’s just a lull before something big starts up soon. Maybe possess Marlena again haha.

Vivian returning to Salem would be awesome. I’d love to see her come back.

As far as the gay story, I don’t mind it at all but the way they have Will & Sonny always having their arms around each other in every single scene it appears forced and begins to seem like an agenda’s being pushed onto viewers. I wish they would just show them as a normal couple instead of always physically hanging off each other 24/7.

  • DenverDean

Y&R + B&B are continuing to do well. Considering they were coming off smoking weeks. Plus the year-over-year numbers are still impressive.

Sad to say that DAYS is going to crash from last week’s high. The culmination of the Kristen story and ED leaving – so no follow-up – is sure to send the ratings down, down, down. Hopefully they can find another hot story, but I just didn’t see anything on canvass that would do so.

  • robertsprague

gh is good right now its to bad they let Tristan rogers get awat again . come on abc spend some money on your only soap its doing well in the ratings give a little back to the gh fans and let us have are favorites; frank and ron are doing agreat job but can only do so much without the extra cash . I love having heather / robin mattson on screen an lynn herring Kristina malandro wagner and finola hughes such great talent . we want Jackie zeman back for good at least once aweek and genie francis . and what happen to rebuildind the quartermaines love to see celia back and her kids . and sean and tiffNY BIG FAN favorites.

  • KansasGuest

GH only gets better the closer Thanksgiving comes because everyone looks forward to the Quartermaine’s traditional holiday meltdown. So, I’m hoping these numbers rise even more in the coming weeks.

  • LarryHeschke

KansasGuest is lookinf forward to GH Thanksgiving. I would be too, if the producers during the last several years had all but destroyed the Quartermaine family. Killing off Alan did nothing for the show but leave a huge void. The currrent producers need to create a way to bring back all the Quartermaines they can they were stupidly killed off, especially Alan, Emily, Jake, Justus, and whenever Steve Burton becomes avaialable, Jason too. Also, Jimmy Lee Holt is the son of Edward, why has he been all but forgotten?

  • cc

Great to see those numbers for GH.

  • moshane58

Glad to see ?GH and Days up. Hope all these soaps continue forever. Nothing better then spending time watching love in the daytime. And proving soaps are not dead..

  • Bexx

Nice to see DOOL competing after so many disastrous weeks.

  • MBmomof3

November sweeps has been kind to the soap fans. I’m really enjoying the shows. GO SOAPS!

  • Billy

I’m NOT going to speak about my favorite soap, just comment HOW WONDERFUL IT IS to see those numbers as compared to last year with viewership up from 172, 000 to 426,000!! Hopefully the DAYS of worrying if another soap would be cancelled are in the past. Congratulations to all the soaps. I wonder how B&B will do when it begins nightly repeats on TVGN, since it is the one soap that has NEVER benefitted from nightly repeats? On the same hand I worry about DAYS in cases like today when 10 mintes were pre-empted, but I knew I could rely on SOAPNET tonight to see those pre-empted IMPORTANT minutes but will no longer be able to in a few weeks!
