NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Warner.Bros tv might have given a bigger budget to Nikita but i doubt CW paid anymore for it.

  • -P

It’s revolting you people don’t cherish a great show like Nikita. One of the best tv shows on TV, and the most underrated for sure. At least, we’ll keep the great stable quality of the show for 4 seasons and get closure.

  • Jon

    @John A
I think you are right Warner was the one that gave it a bigger budget so it could go out big.

  • Jaime

Amanda, if Raising Hope ratings keep rising, is there a chance for another season on a Friday?

I think Raising Hope might even be adjusted up on Monday.

  • Shamrock317

Your remarks regarding Alex are uncalled for – he’s NOT getting “thinner” in fact, he’s training like crazy at his new gym where he just partnered with Eagon (MMA fame).
Don’t start rumors – untruths will only backfire on YOU.
Stick to ratings’ discussion, which is what this forum is all about.

I thought that might be the case. He didn’t sound much like you.

Don’t worry–Bill or Robert will get rid of said impostor soon enough.

  • thesnowleopard

Nikita has definitely been canceled. In fact, it got canceled when they announced it would only get a shortened season last year–as in, they’re not going to make any more episodes of the show. It is every bit as canceled as a show that starts with 13 episodes and the network declines to pick up a back-9. Networks don’t always bother to come out and say, “Yes, we’ve canceled this,” especially when they cancel a very low-rated show so far ahead (to avoid having even more viewers jump ship before the end), but that’s what it means.

And I seriously doubt its budget was increased, in light of the fact that they were only willing to pay for six more episodes of it.

  • thesnowleopard

What’s revolting is some people thinking the rest of the TV audience should keep their fave show on the air by watching something it doesn’t like.

  • Had enough

Just saw alex filming in hawaii…..joking around, friendly to all….doesn’t seem to take himself too seriously…seems like they all were enjoying themselves….he also just gave up a Sunday to do a benefit to help teach women self defense. Not too many tv actors let their public manhandle them. He will be just fine when five o is done…..highly doubt he is “using”. That is just a mean thing to say….he looked tan and healthy and definitely not too thin. Quit with the personal attacks….not good form as hook would say!

‘So this only leaves Alex with nothing going on for him except H50. He seems the only interested in the show, probably he has no other offers as the rest of the cast and he needs the paycheck’

All that needs to be said is you are a PATHETIC human being

    @ The OriginalRandy

Glad to hear you’re watching 5-0 again!

Sounds like you have an ideal Thanksgiving planned !!
A TV viewing marathon sounds GREAT !!

(Unfortunately) I can’t pass up triple pay and will be working Friday and Saturday……….uhg……

Hope you have a Great Thanksgiving………don’t eat too much !

  • brock

So many pathetic people frequent this site, it’s quite unreal. Why exactly are so many people getting so much joy of a show they don’t even watch (Nikita) doing badly? GET A LIFE!

  • Jon

Ehhhh….Nope! Wrong again! If it were canceled it would have been canceled at the May 2013 upfronts instead it got RENEWED for additional episodes to conclude on ergo it was RENEWED for a final season of 6 episodes. If you can find me an article saying Nikita got canceled in May then you will win the argument. But i can save you the trouble because there isnt any article or site saying Nikita got canceled only in your mind ;-) not even here its listed as canceled it says “final season” No website says Nikita got canceled.
And what is this nonsense to compare a show with 73 ep in the end to a freshman show only getting 13 ep without an ending. Are you for real!

Gotta ask you this was Fringe, Chuck, Prison Break, GG also canceled to then ?

Oh and yes the budget was increased so they got allowed to go out bigger. It is said in interviews by Silverstein at comic con and cast interviews done for IGN.

  • Truth

That’s untrue. Exact quote from a TV Fanatic interview with Silverstein:

“We’re very proud of that this year especially because with each six episodes you have less money to spread around. Having the full 22 helps you if you do go over budget on one, you need to rein it back on this day to help make it up.”

Warner Bros. wouldn’t increase the budget for only six episodes of a low-rated show that is spackle for the network.

  • Shawn

    LOL at u all.
Most of the people who comment here find themselves such a tv experts, but you are just a bunch of fat and jobless people. Xmas is here, I bet MC Donalds is hiring! You’re welcome.

  • Jon

Where is that interview located ? And what does less money to spread around for 6 episodes even mean. It certainly did not look like less money on the season premiere it looked bigger in scope than usual.

He definitely said something completely different at comic con. He said they are going out big and the show will look bigger in production value.

  • Jon

I just read it and you were right seem to be the same budget the interviewer even says the show looks very cinematic so the he even thought maybe a little increased budget just for these 6.
I must say the premiere episode did look more expensive though and i have seen a lot of fans picking up on that to on different boards

  • Joanie

@ma, @mia, @sam, or Lucia, whatever name you are using this time to bash Alex.

You have no clue what you are talking about and you are not to young to be an Alex fan. You are probably the one that gave the Alex fans the rep of being “old ladies”. You have no clue what you are talking about. Yes, DDK signed a production contract with CBS, but you have no clue what the details of that contract are and how it will effect his time on H50. As far as Scott goes it has never been confirmed that he signed on to do the Entourage, you are just assuming. His role was not that big on that show, so who knows if he will be part of the movie, certainly not you. Grace was given time off to have a baby, and will be back soon. How do you know she loves being in Canada? Did she tell you? Yes that is where she is from, but she is committed to the show and will make it work. TBT seem very accomodating to the stars and their needs. As far as Alex goes, we know you are all bitter because he left you behind in LA. Well guess what? When H50 goes off the air, which can be many years down the road, he is still not coming back to you in LA and your crazy fantasy that he will run off with you. His life is in Hawaii now with his family and house. No matter what project he moves on to after H50, whether it be in “the business” or not, he will most likely still call Hawaii his home. He is not too skinny, he is healthy. So move on lady and get over yourself. I still can’t figure out why you stick around if you claim to think H50 sucks and Alex is an awful person. Just move on already.

  • Why Watch

A no-watch Friday. Watched another good movie instead.
