    @MARTY
    Yes, but the Simpsons pulled a 3.0 with the help of a 5.7 lead in.

  • MARTY

    headless horseman you asked for a show with better ratings, no matter what reason the simpsons do have better ratings

  • THE OLD MAN

    Nice to see CBS maintain prelim numbers & Mom adjusted up–WTG!

  • milo

    “All this shows is how bad FOX is doing right now.”

    Even if that were the case, their top rated show gets renewed. Which is a moot point since it’s *already* renewed. What matters for Sleepy Hollow is how the ratings for next season will be, and anyone trying to predict those now is an idiot.

    And Simpsons was higher rated this week but not in average ratings for the season.

    @HeadlessHorseman

    You should of asked him what the highest rated show on the network is when you don’t include the cartoons ;)

  • Scott

    That is still an strong number for The Voice though The Voice and Dancing with the Stars have taken a bite out of shows on FOX it seems.

    Almost Human seems to be getting underwhelming ratings besides the fact that it actually seems like a more than decent show.

  • HeadlessHorseman

    @MARTY
    Fair enough. Still, SH has higher average ratings.

  • John A

    Ah Almost Human isnt doing so bad that its killing Sleepy Hollow. Kind of stupid excuse. Maybe Sleepy Hollow is dragging itself down.

  • MARTY

    refrain he didn’t ask me, he asked rob and I was trying to help rob out because we all know rob needs all the help he can get

  • snoot

    Awesome to see Mom hit a 2.3! Solid

  • MARTY

    headlesshorseman np like I said just trying to help rob, quoting mr t I pity the fool lol

  • grey

    Wow that was “Castle’s” second highest audience of the year (the highest being 11.46) and its second highest rating of the year (the highest being 2.2). Not a bad way to end the first “half” of the season and its ahead of where it was last year. For the fall of 2012 “Castle” averaged 1.990 in the demo with an average of 10.08 in viewers. For fall of 2013 “Castle” averaged 2.070 in the demo with an average of 10.85 in viewers.

  • HeadlessHorseman

    While FOX is in a bad way this year, SH still has the highest average ratings of any show on FOX. And any of the other Big 4 networks would love to have Sleepy Hollow in their line up.

    @rob60990

    Saying that Fox is doing badly is not an excuse. If Sleepy Hollow is the highest rated scripted Fox show at the moment, then of course it is doing good. Ratings are relative to networks.

  • omabin

    The Blacklist was absolutely insane last night, those ratings are well deserved. I think it will spike even more next week for the fall finale.

  • Samunto

    Happy for MOM! Even creatively it’s improved so much with Allison Janney having more to do. She steals every scene she’s on.

    It’s amazing how steady red hot The Blacklist is. It’ll outrate The Voice next week!

  • Chris

    Castle has had the same timeslot and great lead-in for how long now? It’s been promoted in a variety of ways, including heavy rotation on TNT.

    It has aired well over a hundred first-run episodes in that timeslot.

    And you could count the number of times it’s won that timeslot on your fingers.

    Somebody’s making money off that show, but it isn’t ABC.

  • iHeartJoss (The now missing “heart” of POI))

    Well, at least the viewers were adjusted up for Sleepy Hollow like I expected would happen. Too bad the demo didn’t go up, but it’s still good.

  • Leoben Conoy

    so thinking Mom should be moved to Renewal Predicted right??

    I mean honestly, I dont see CBS not renewing it.

  • iHeartJoss (RIP Detective Joss Carter)

    Well, now I do see that Sara misspelled Sleepy Hollow. That’s interesting. Maybe it’s been a long day. ;)
