  • Katie

Great there going to let the crappy seniors remake the best songs ugh see this is why half of Glee’s viewership is gone.

  • KC

This is fantastic! I’m voting now. It’s great they are letting the fans pick the songs!

  • Tina

No. Most of these songs are what made glee so good and they’re going to remake them. Why can’t they give the seniors new songs.

  • sienna

So they are going to sing these iconic songs without Rachel, Kurt, Santana, and of course Finn. Some things should just be left alone.

  • Eddie

This is the best they could do? Ehh I’ll be skipping the hundredth episode. Not trying to hear boring repeats of songs we’ve already heard once by far superior singers. And lol the seniors are FINALLY graduating.

  • Me

Sounds cool to me and the remix idea sounds fun. A good 100th episode to remind us of what Glee used to be instead of the new “Lea Michele’s Show in the most fictionalized version of New York you could ever watch” :)

  • Jaime04

This is a really terrific idea!!!! I love when shows get the fans involved.
I know which 10 I want to hear again!

  • Former Fan

This is the worst idea ever. No one wants to see the Snooze Directions ruin songs done so well by the original cast.

  • Worst Idea

100th episode and instead of paying tribute to the characters who actually got it this far, they’ll focus on characters that are the reason why so many have stopped watching. And on top of that they’ll destroy past fan favorite songs.

  • F F S

Wait, these are going to be new ND and the seniors? No Rachel/Kurt/Santana? In the case, cancel my votes, I stopped caring.

  • Caroline

Why would they take iconic songs from the original Glee so that the newbies can sing them? It makes no sense to take something that used to *mean something* and then turn it into a forced, crappy rendition just for the sake of it. Give them new songs instead. Let them make their own path without trying to be a new version of the originals. It’s not working.
Kurt, Rachel, Finn, Santana, Brittany, Artie, Tina.. they are the heart of the show. Those songs are great the way they are and should be left alone. So yeah no thanks.

  • How ’bout No!

Why on earth would I vote for Classic Glee performances, iconic and have meanings behind them due to the storylines, be redone and sung by the current New Directions?

Terrible Idea. Especially for Glee’s 100th Episode that probably wont feature those there from the start of it all.

  • TJ

This is the worst idea! The New Cast has no business singing those Original Cast songs! Those songs are sacred! No one and I mean NO ONE should sing Cory/Lea lead songs or even attempt a Lea solo. There isn’t a single person left in New Directions that can sing Defying Gravity or Get it Righ. It’s insulting to both the Original Cast and Fans! This is a new low for Ryan Murphy! #boycottglees100thep

  • Paul

Wow. I had no idea what vitriolic hatred some of you have for the newer cast members. It’s a TV show, people, not your life. Get over yourselves. Sit back, enjoy it, or quit watching.

  • Lydia

With Cory dead I don’t know that I could watch some of these performances again, yet alone redone versions. Also weren’t Tina and Artie the only ones around for some of these performances? Why would their most memorable moments be songs they didn’t sing on?

  • Pam

Wow you can actually smell the desperation… Well, good luck with that I guess.

  • June

They are doing a 100th episode and completely shutting out the characters who have graduated, the ones who made this show popular? And to add insult to injury, they are having the newbie characters redo their songs? NO. Whose idea was this? Because I’m not sure I’ve heard of anything worse. This is terrible. And it’s so insulting to the fans and to the actors who made it possible for Glee to get to 100 episodes. Unless they change this set up, I will not be watching Glee’s 100th episode.

  • HELL 2 THE NO!

There is no way the Newbies should be allowed to redo those Classic Glee songs! It’s wrong on so many levels! And does this mean Lea, Chris and Naya are going to be left out in favor of the No Talent Newbies?

  • HATE THIS IDEA!

I can’t believe they will let the Newbies taint these classic songs! Anything from S1-3 should be off limits to all of the new cast! If want to redo the Warblers songs have at it but Don’t Stop Beleiving, Somebody To Love, any Rachel solo/duet or Finchel lead group number should be off limits!

  • Katiebug

Wow, a lot of negatively not even knowing 100% what the context will be. There is no indication that the NY crew won’t be involved – why don’t you all stop getting your knickers in a twist and wait and see what happens instead of spamming Ryan Murphy and deciding you won’t even tune in. Unbelieveable!
