Since launching November 1, Kirstie.tv has grown its subscriber fan base over 5000%, and more than a third of visitors have taken an action to connect or share with a “Kirstie” social network.

“Kirstie” centers around Broadway star Madison “Maddie” Banks (Alley) whose life turns upside down when Arlo (Petersen), the son she gave up at birth, suddenly appears hoping to connect. Rhea Perlman (“Cheers”) stars as Maddie’s BFF/long-suffering assistant Thelma alongside Michael Richards (“Seinfeld”) as Maddie’s outlandish driver Frank.

“Kirstie” is written and executive produced by Marco Pennette and is also executive produced by Kirstie Alley and Jason Weinberg. Larry W. Jones and Keith Cox serve as executive producers for TV Land.

TV Land can do whatever it likes regarding Kirstie. I’m just grateful that damn awful advertising has gone from TVBTN. Way too over the top! If there’s one way to ensure I don’t watch something, it’s to shove it down my throat with intrusive advertising.
