The NFL uses “flexible scheduling” on Sundays in Weeks 11-17.  Flexible scheduling ensures quality matchups in all NFL Sunday time slots in those weeks and gives teams a chance to play their way onto primetime and into the late-afternoon 4:25 PM ET time slot on CBS or FOX.

For each flexible scheduling week with the exception of Week 17, the NFL announces the start times of games on Sundays no later than 12 days prior to that weekend.  To ensure a Sunday night game and doubleheader games with playoff implications in Week 17, flexible scheduling decisions for that Sunday can be made on six days notice.

Well This Game Came Out Of Nowhere Because We Always Watch These Teams The Patriots And Ravens Too Much. But That Game The Patriots Vs Ravens Was A Woulda Coulda Shoulda Stayed. But This Could Have Stayed In Primetime. But NBC Made A Smart Move By Flexing This Game in Primetime This Will Be A Battle For The Playoffs. And This Will Be A Better Game Than The Minnesota Vikings Philadelphia Eagles Game 3 Years Ago Which Was Not A Meaningful Game To Watch. And I Didn’t Watch That Game Cause The Vikngs Won. Because We Have Not Seen The Philadelphia Eagles At All This Season. And One Thing We Have Yet To See New Eagles Coach Chip Kelly. And This Will Be A Meaningful Game And Will Be A Good Matchup. Like The Other 2 Flex Were Good Like Broncos Vs Chiefs Was A Good Flex Choice. And Another Game That We Saw This Past Sunday Was Panthers Vs Saints Was Also A Good Flex Choice As Well. Both Flex Games Were Great Choices. Because We Have Not Seen The Carolina Panthers For A While Or The Kansas City Chiefs For A While. And NBC Has Not Destroyed Sunday Night Football This Season Or Like The Past 2 Seasons. But NBC Has Still Destroyed Most Of Their Primetime Lineup. But What Game Will We Watch Come Sunday December 29 I Hope It Will Be Ravens Vs Bengals. But Will Let You And Stay Tuned. But Low And Behold There Will Be Plenty More Football Until January 26 Starting Saturday With The Heisman Trophy Presentation Live From New York. We Will Also Have College Football Bowl Games Ongoing Starting Next Saturday December 21. We Will Have A College Gameday Show On Wedensday January, 1 2014 And We Will Conclude Our College Football Bowl Games With The Orange Bowl On Friday January 3. The Next Day We Will Begin The NFL Playoffs On Saturday January 4. When We Have A Wild Card Playoff Doubleheader On NBC With Dan Hicks Mike Mayock And Alex Flanagan In The First Game. Then Al Michaels Cris Collinsworth And Michele Tafoya In The Second Game. But That Was Suppose To Be The Last Game Of The Season. But Not The Case Again This Year. Wildcard Weekend Concludes On Sunday January 5. Then We Will Continue The NFL Playoffs With On Saturday January 11 With The Divsional Round. And On Sunday January 12 The Divsional Round Concludes. We Will Have College Football All Star Games On Saturday January 18 With The East West Shrine Game. Then We Will Conclude The NFL Playoffs On Sunday January 19 With The Conference Championships. That Will Br As Far As I Will Go But Not The Super Bowl. And Then We Will Wrap Up Our Football Season Beginning On Saturday January 25 With The Senior Bowl. And Then We Have Our Final Football Game Of The Season On Sunday January 26 With The Pro Bowl From Hawaii On NBC. But Remember What Game Will Be Sunday December 29. Find And Will Let You Know When. Until Then Stay Tuned.
