Scandal Boom Goes the Dynamite Olivia

Last week, Scandal garnered a 3.0 adults 18-49 rating while competing head-to-head with powerhouse The Sound of Music Live. Tonight, the show's midseason finale faces off against the less formidable Parenthood. With the show going on hiatus until February 27, this really is a finale. So how will Scandal fare tonight? And does Maya being a terrorist   justify every awful thing that Rowan has done?  Make your predictions than discuss your reasoning in the comments.

The ratings will for sure be out of the roof I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a 3.6 the promo looks intense and plus it’s very hyped

  • Ron

    At least a 3.3

  • THE OLD MAN

    Definite >3.2 (no brainer)

  • gerry

    i’m going 3.3, i could see it.

  • Tony JJ

The promo looks insane, the cliffhangers from last week were huge, and I think there’s a lot of buzz/hype.

    At least a 3.3. But I wouldn’t be shocked to see a 3.5-3.6.

    The Big Bang Theory 5.0
    The Millers 2.5
    The Crazy Ones 2.1
Two and a Half Men 2.2
    Elementary 1.7

    Wonderland .9

    The Sing Off 1.5
    Sean Saves the World .9
    Michael J Fox Show .8
    Parenthood 1.2

    The Vampire Diaries 1.1
    Reign .7

  • Nathan

I’m going with 3.3. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was higher, though.

  • Matt M.

Scandal will rise to a 3.3 and around 9.5 million, as it proved it can rise even haunts strong competition like last week, scoring 6 week demo highs against Sound of Music LIVE. Finale Predix….

    Greys Anatomy: 2.7 / 8.7 million viewers
    Scandal: 3.2 / 9.5 million viewers

However, Scandal could rise to around a 3.4/3.5.

  • Bee

last week’s ep would have been even higher had it not been for the thanksgiving break + TSOML. but anyway..

people have not been very receptive overall to this season of grey’s so idk how much it’ll rise for the finale. scandal is def hyped, but this also doesn’t seem like a great week for ABC. maybe it’s just me. in my dreams, scandal will hit a 3.5 and grey’s a 3.0. but i’ll go with 3.2 and 2.7, respectively. and if they go on the lower end, i’ll say a 3.0 and a 2.5.

  • charlie

It’s going to be a HIGH!!

So glad i gave this show a chance :)

  • AllOfHerTw!st

    >= 3.2

  • grey

According the current results of the poll I think 3.2 is too optimistic. I’m thinking somewhere north of 2.5-ish but less than 3.2.

  • TonyL

    Guess I will say 3.2 or 3.3

  • HeadlessHorseman

3.1 with an upward adjustment to 3.2 but I wouldn’t be surprised if it went higher.
