The Middle up in the demo but down in total viewers compared to fast nationals?

  • victor Hugo

I Hope that Star Crossed survivor on Mondays but there`s no hope for The Tomorrow people.

    Glad the middle tick up.

  • rob60990

“Ah okay, is there any particular reason they are doing that?”

I doubt it’s a test since it does not go with either of the comedies. I guess it is so it can complete its whole episode order. I’m not sure why ABC even bothered ordering more episodes just to waste them airing after MF repeats and against The Olympics.

  • Fred

Was hoping the much improved Nashville would adjust up.
Shame because last night’s ep was the best of the season.
At least the delayed viewing #s are high.

  • MARTY

crimtv probably trying for a ratings boost. like cbs is doing with intelligence by putting its 1st episode behind ncis

  • CrimTV

    @MARTY

How would SFN get a ratings boost after a lead-in that is lower rated than Modern Family, it’s current lead-in?

  • Sebas P

@rob60990 if you’re not gonna comment anything good, just don’t comment. You just show the bad results in a bigger way!

  • MARTY

they are trying anything at this point, I didn’t say it made sense, diff time its a hail mary I believe

  • Networkman

X-Factor looks really bad getting beaten by The Sing-Off. X-Factor’s numbers should be increasing as it nears the finale. It is time to get rid of it.

  • Me

Okay people, relax. TTP and StarCrossed will do way better than 0.4′s and 0.3′s ratings. Wow Arrow. 3 Million viewers is impressive for The CW.

  • HalCapone

I suppose there is something significant or at least pathetic in a temporary cheesy singing competition, Sing Off, beating an established and expensive cheesy one, Ex-Factor but I couldn’t care any less what happens to either one …or The Voice and American Idol, for that matter.

  • The Cool Max

    Great job for The Middle!

  • Rebecca

Good for The Middle…a pretty good episode last night, too.

Does anybody realize that every fall and spring a new comedy is on after Modern Family? In Fall 2011, it was Happy Endings, in Spring 2012 it was Apt 23, in Fall 2012 it was Suburgatory, in Spring 2013 it was How To Live, now this time in Fall 2013 it’s SFN and in Spring 2014 it’s gonna be Mixology. No wonder ABC can’t get a comedy working after Modern Family, theres too much moving around.

  • THE OLD MAN

Nice that the Middle adjusted up

  • Steve

I am going to miss Back In The Game so much but glad Suburgatory is coming back in January…I need my Dalia Oprah Royce fix!
Nice #s for The Middle and Modern Family :)

  • Kaylie

@Gaius Bolling.. I’ve also noticed the same thing. X_Factor contestants this year are charting high on itunes. That never happened in any of the previous seasons.

  • Reprise

With regards to Arrow, Slades hatred for Oliver doesn’t make sense, at least from what we’ve seen so far. He seems smart enough to understand that Oliver couldn’t do anything to save both Sara or Shado in that situation so something more must of happened. I think that Slade will go after Ivo and will try and save Shado, maybe he’ll succeed, maybe he won’t, but given his focus on the miracle drug, it’s likely he joins up with Ivo at some point.

At some point also Sara and Oliver will split up, I have to wonder if someone else will help train Oliver on the Island? I think at some point Slade will turn on Oliver and both will fight to the death but given how strong Slade is, the past Oliver likely couldn’t do much, he clearly had help.

I wonder if Shado comes back and helps Oliver fight Slade and dies in the process? And with her death he feels utterly betrayed when he loses.

  • Timmy G

@John A it likely won’t. The CW moved it because they think there’s a chance the 100 will get better numbers out of Arrow.

My guess is .4-.5 for the majority of the episodes of TTP when it moves. An improvement over BATB yes, but both midseason dramas will have to crash hard for it to be back next year.

So I’m going to enjoy the show as much as I can until it’s over. Expect the worse, hope for the best.

  • Reprise

But yeah, the latest Arrow episode was great. I just don’t think Shado will be dead for long. Crazy theory I know.
