I really loved Space: Above & Beyond. That’s probably the best sci-fi show that Fox killed. And I say that as a Firefly fan.

But like HeadlessHorseman said, the fact that AH is a procedural doesn’t mean showing eps out of order is making things too confusing (not for me, at least). AH ratings are relatively low IMO because that pilot was really lackluster and Fox has cut back on good promotion for the show. Plus, unlike a lot of shows, AH doesn’t have an established lead-in. The biggest show of the season (Blacklist) still had a strong lead-in. And also, there’s also the very real possibility that people just don’t like it that much, which is a shame :(

People certainly can do what they want to do, but I don’t understand viewers of The Voice who watch/vote for contestants on the basis of the mentor who picked them.

  • Sarah

Being neutral, it’s sad that the last new episode of Bones beat the last new one of Almost Human in both demos and viewers. JMO.

  • Kristen

Well, the two shows above Almost Human were also down by about the same amount, possibly because of the holidays. So it’s hard to say whether it’s “continuing it’s downward trend.” It may go back up, and it’s high on DVR views.

Maybe CW should consider showing more of a variety to its lineup, based on Monday’s numbers. Then maybe more eyeballs might hit the network and its ratings would move beyond basic cable numbers.
